We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! Great place in every aspect, like the location is not in the middle of the rush point but still 10mins walking destines, the pool is modern and classy if I may say, rooms are very nice, but the in hotel food need to get better taste, tho the breakfast was good and I’m sorry to say that,,

Great hotel, excellent food. A variety of restaurants. Excellent location. Excellent children's entertainment team. The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurants around the pool are not welcoming, don't expect a late check out. They only approve those who book through them. Our flight is at 23:50 and we were left without showers from 13:00 even though we requested a late check-out from the day of booking.

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

A wonderful Holiday in the perfect location. We received a free upgrade to a panoramic suite which was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotlessly clean and the food incredible. Despite all of the above, the real stars of the show are the staff who always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible holiday. The beach is lovely and the water crystal clear, fantastic for swimming and cooking off in. Special thanks to George, we will definitely be back x

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

The hotel is rated as 5 star but realistically is a strong 4 star. The hotel grounds and building cannot be faulted but the hotel lacks the service you expect from a 5 star. There may be an argument that we stayed in February which is out of season but for a 5 star hotel I would expect 5 star service. We stayed in a superior room with lateral sea view. The room had twin beds which was disappointing but they were comfortable. The bedding was secured at the bottom with velcro which did made for some slight discomfort during the night when the bedding became undone and the velcro patches rubbed against your skin. The room was cleaned every day but not to a good quality. We wasn’t given clean towels every day and the floor wasn’t swept or hoovered, only mopped so after a few days hair and dust was stuck to the wet floor. The bed was made every day but not to the standard it was upon arrival. Something so trivial really enhances an experience. The food greatly lets the hotel down. We stayed with an all inclusive package but ate out one night due to the lack of choice and variety. Breakfast every day was good with plenty of selection but we found lunch and dinner was often the same food served up during both meals. The food lacked flavour and taste and was too salty a lot of the time. There are limited options for vegetarians too. Another problem we found during lunch and dinner was that the staff seat you and bring you drinks, only during breakfast can you get your own drinks. This level of service is nice however we found it almost impossible to be able to get a second drink during lunch and dinner as staff were not available to order drinks with. The service felt half hearted as the hotel wants to enhance the guests experience yet you are limited to how many drinks you can have. One thing that does deserve mentioning is the soft drinks available are all branded which was great. Pepsi, Fanta and 7-Up were available at the bars and restaurant. The cocktails were also good and tasted fantastic. Checkout is at 11am and access to the all inclusive package ends then which was a shock for a 5 star hotel. Upon checkout on our last day we were told that we no longer had access to the all inclusive package and our wrist bands were removed. You are given a voucher to be able to have lunch depending on your pick up time but any drinks have to be purchased which we were shocked by and put a negative downside to the end of our holiday. We had an evening flight home and had half a day at the hotel waiting for our pick up with no drinks. Overall we had a pleasant holiday and the hotel cannot be faulted for the design and facilities. It is the service and quality that lets the hotel down and you can see the difference between this hotel and other 5 star hotels.

Our stay at the hotel was a world-class experience, thanks to the knowledgeable and service-oriented staff. The hotel is perfectly suited for all ages, offering a wide range of activities and several restaurants with fantastic food. The private sandy beach with its turquoise waters is ideal for both children and older guests, making it a perfect spot for everyone. One day, when we were trying to book restaurants during our stay, we unexpectedly received assistance from Demos, F&B Manager, who took care of everything for us. The next day, we received confirmation of our bookings, along with a lovely surprise. A big thank you to Demos and the entire team – you are truly amazing!

I have waited a couple of weeks to write this review as I have very mixed feelings about our holiday. We spent a week at the hotel during half term and whilst we enjoyed the trip and made the most of beautiful Nissi beach and the wonderful October sunshine I would not return to this hotel. The entertainment, for a 5 star hotel, is aimed mostly at young children. Apart from a solo singer in the bar by Reception there really is nothing else aimed towards adults. The outdoor entertainment area is pretty much an evening kids club. It is such a shame as the potential and space is there but the will to entertain adults just isn’t. The food was OK but seldom hot. The drinks were average and served in plastic glasses, even indoors. I completely understand the need for plastic by the pool but would have liked to enjoy a nice drink in a real glass in the evenings. I purchased a bottle of perfume on my outward trip and left it on the side in the room. Stupidly, I forgot to pack it and contacted the hotel as soon as we arrived at Larnaca airport to say where I had left it. I was told they would check with housekeeping but was told it had not been found. This left a sour taste in my mouth as I could tell them exactly where it was and even suggested they should investigate further but have had no more contact from the hotel. They didn’t care. All in all the staff were not very friendly but I wondered if that was due to tiredness as it was the end of season.
