I came to Ayia Napa to stay in this apartment again. The boss knew me and gave me a newly renovated room on the top floor. Room number 216, a queen bed and a rollaway bed, used as luggage rack.

Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

Nice hotel, the staff there are nice. Linda the Scottish lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel has parking outside and the hotel also arrange car hire if you require it. Your room is serviced daily and bathrooms replenished. The hotel is in an ideal location and very close the main bars area so great

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people. My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.
