"The hotel is very nice. Polite staff. The rooms are modern but not that big. The pool is great. The breakfast is phenomenal.
However, even though we paid for a Deluxe Sea View Room, we got a Deluxe Side Sea View Room (which is in a lower class)."

"Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident."

"nice hotel, liked the location, the kindness of the staff and the room. but for 4 stars, torn robes are terrible. It’s a pity that there were no welcome gifts, because I checked in on my birthday and usually they leave at least a fruit basket in the room for round dates"

"It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good."

"My Best Hotel Experience!
Here are the things I loved:
* The room was clean.
* The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere.
* I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
* The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe.
* The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere.
A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The room is quite old, including the towels, etc. It is recommended that children bring their own. The swimming pool is average cleanliness, there is no private beach, the public beach is just below the hotel, and the sea water is also average cleanliness. Suitable for sunbathing, watching the sea in a daze, and immersive reading. The breakfast is traditional but tastes good, and the male waiter at the front desk is very good. Google positioning in the Napa area is completely out of order, so rent a navigation system if you drive!"

YyalingThe hotel services and facilities are superb. It is a great place for vacation. The sea cave and Nissi beach are near the hotel. It is also very convenient to take the bus to and from the airport if you don't drive.

GGuest UserPavlo Napa Beach Hotel is located just outside the touristy Ayia Napa, 20 minutes walk and 10 minutes from Nissi beach. For a family with young children: great. There is sufficient (free) parking space. We had a renovated room, family room, with bunk beds for the children. A nice room with good beds and facilities. Bunk bed is also sufficiently long (I think 2 meters). Pavlo Napa has 2 buildings. The main building, which also houses breakfast/dinner and the swimming pool, and a separate building behind another hotel. we were in the detached building, less view, but certainly not annoying (less than 1 min walk).
Swimming pool and sunbeds: top. Quiet pool, Sunbeds with thick cushions. well maintained. At the pool is also the playground and the children's pool (50cm deep). You can walk to the beach from the pool. The sunbeds on the beach are owned by the municipality and cost EUR 2.5. The hotel has a lunch restaurant at the pool/beach. good food and not too expensive (from the hotel with a 10% discount), but there are also other options nearby.
We also found it an advantage that the restaurants in the area have a playground for children. fun for the kids and great for the parents. here too the prices for the food are not too high: an average of 12-17 euros for a dish. All in all had a great time..

GGuest UserThis is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
