I stayed at this hotel last week and the experience from start to Finish was absolutely amazing. I am quite fussy when it comes to the food with an All Inclusive but the variety was absolutely amazing and the standard of the food was fantastic. The location of the hotel is ideal with everything a short walk away. The staff go above and beyond to help you with any query you may have, Koulla on reception was so helpful and nothing was too much hassle. With regards to the entertainment Piccasso made it fun with his bingo & games. I will definitely be returning to this hotel without a shadow of a doubt.

We stayed as a party of 5 adult, 2 children. All inclusive. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Including a free safe, tea coffee facilities. Bar - lots of choice of cocktails (way too many to list) pops, slush, beer & wine. Snack bar - again large choice, chicken nuggets, salads, sandwiches, burgers, chips, pizza.. Buffet - myself & the children are very fussy eaters but we enjoyed the food each night. (Breakfast was much nicer in hotel compared to local restaurants). Entertainment - always something to join in with adults or children, bingo in the evening which our nan loved. Lots to do. Staff - every single staff member is a credit to the hotel. Very helpful, friendly & always smiling. We did upgrade to swim up room which was well worth the extra £££ Also our nan is a wheelchair user, the hotel is perfect wheelchair users & the staff go above to help. Location - perfect right on the sea front, lots of shops & beach small walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay (sad to leave) & will definitely return.

First time staying in this hotel, and I would highly recommend to anyone, every single member of staff were super friendly! The guy who done the entertainment day and night really worked hard ( forgot his name ) and done a fab job! So thank you to all staff who made our stay amazing… 10/10, I have no faults at all! Food was great and good choice, rooms lovely and modern and we had a great view of the pool and sea, I love Cyprus as a whole and return every year! See you next time

Staff are all incredibly friendly, my daughter and I are celiac and they went beyond expectations to provide a menu that was accessible to us, Entertainment on site was a great laugh every night! My partner and I had arranged to get married on the island while on holiday, not through tui or the hotel, yet they were absolutely fantastic at celebrating with us providing Champagne and fruit baskets to our room, a magical time and highly recommended 😀

Pretty nice place. Food was pretty good. Not much to do in the resort except swim and drink excessive amounts of alcohol. Staff were sometimes good sometimes not so much. Head chef and head waiter were absolute legends as was the entertainer Picasso. After 11 days though I found it very repetitive and boring. Ayia napa isn't really for families if you ask me. Even solo adventures were very meh. Resort was okay though, just not my thing personally - I was dragged along with family

Amazing kind people , the entertainer Picasso was the highlight of our two week stay with his bubbly personality never failing to make us laugh/smile. The variety of food is incredible. would 100% recommend we will see you next year thank you!!

Nice hotel, fantastic staff shoutout to Filip and Daniel the bartenders they were amazing. The event fixer Picasso also made a very good job with fixing everything. One of the best hotels ive been to thanks to the staff! Me and my friends are 18 and we had a perfect visit!

Upsides: the food in the restaurants itself was really good, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the pool is nice (we had a swim up room, but the main pool is also nice), entertainment team is amusing. Downsides: overall hygiene wasn’t great, the compentence of the staff could’ve been better (especially cleaning staff en staff in the restaurants), there is no food after 22h00.
