This hotel/complex is completely breathtaking. The onsite resteraunts and bars are absolutely brilliant. All under all inclusive. The staff are so nice and accommodating they really make the hotel what it is. The arena is spectacular and the team that put on the shows deserve so much credit. Every staff member was so lovely, from the cleaners to the managers all were fantastic. We've not even left yet and are ready to book up for next year.

This Hotel ticks every box if you want a hassel free holiday! From the moment you drop your bags at reception the concierge steps in and you're aboard the ride! The rooms are immaculate and very spacious (I recommend a garden or pool room!) then there's the many restaurants to choose from, food from all quarters of the world. Drinks are premium quality which makes a refreshing change, and we've had many cocktails if I do say so! I can honestly say all the staff are welcoming and I'd like to say a big thanks to Andrea for looking after us at breakfast, and Maria in guest services also is a special lady. I'm booking again for next year before we leave!

First time doing an all inclusive holiday so wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve been highly impressed so far. *Airport transfer 30-40 mins, we were the first stop. *Quick check in, you are taken to your room via a buggy *Room is clean and spacious, cleaned every day with mini fridge being topped up and fresh towels *Sunbed allocation which means no sunbed wars at 6am. Everyone is so relaxed *Highly recommend booking the restaurants straight away on the app on arrival so you don’t miss out *Omellete and pancakes for breakfast are very good, along with the iced frappes *Over 30 cocktails to choose from on the menu, all very good and strong measures. The pool bar staff are great. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink *American diner for lunch was good, especially the smashed party burger how we didn’t really enjoy the evening meal there *Buffet food was always good, plenty to choose from and caters for everyone *3 minute walk to the beach *Shows were every night 9:30–10:30. Greatest Showman was the best. Staff walking around all night taking drink orders non stop Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly come back

I'm currently writing this whilst sitting in the foyer waiting to be collected for our return flight home. My family and I have had the most amazing week here. The rooms were spacious, comfy and more importantly cleaned to a high standard. We did have a slight issue, which when raised with guest services, was resolved within a reasonable time frame and we were happy with the resolution. The pool area was kept clean and tidy with staff continuously walking round sweeping up or removing old glasses etc. The restaurants were fab with a great variety of food over the week, all of which was enjoyed by us all! Every single member of hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and we felt like they simply could not do anymore for us. I would, and already have recommended this hotel to our friends and family and I would not hesitate in coming back in the future. Our biggest thank you goes to everyone who works here for giving us the best memories on our family holiday to Cyprus

Just wanted to write a quick review about our wonderful experience at Seven Orchids. Mary Anne, Jenny and Vipin made our evening so enjoyable. It is our last night and we were treated like royalty - the service was faultless and the attention to detail was something we have not experienced in a very long time. Make sure you book the Seven Orchids!

We had the best all inclusive holiday we have had at this hotel couldn’t fault the selection of food and I am a VERY fussy eater could always find something I enjoyed. The entertainment was excellent and the staff truly worked hard. Also the waiting staff in the entertainment arena were very hard working also. The adult only bar was very relaxing. All in all I would recommend this hotel for families and couples alike. The bus service from just outside the hotel is very good 1 euro 50 into Ayia Napa though we did encounter 1 driver who was obviously having a bad day but that was only 1.

I and my wife spend a week at Olympic Lagoon Resort now in October. This was our first time in Cyprus so our expectations of both Ayia Napa and Olympic Lagoon Resort depended on what we had read and heard about them. Luckily we didn’t have to be disappointed. We were pampered already from the start. When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a room in the Fisherman’s Village. It was a perfect choice. The room was enough spacious, cosy, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The balcony was towards the pool area. And there was so quiet all the time! Even though we love children, sometimes it’s nice to have time just for adults. Therefore we loved the pool area related to Fisherman’s Village. Spending time there was so relaxing. And the service at the pool was amazing! You got drinks and small snacks faster than you could drink/eat. This service came always with a great smile. We appreciated also the adults only area in the buffet restaurant. Overall, the entire hotel area was truly pleasant; everything was clean, and decorative pools along with lush plantings added positive vibes to the atmosphere. The all-inclusive option was worth every euro. With numerous restaurants and bars, the variety of food and drinks never got boring, and all offerings were of very high quality. Finally, we must thank the staff—their joyfulness, friendliness, and dedication to service made us feel almost like royalty.

Olympic Lagoon it’s fantastic hotel! Our kids loved the kids' club (thank you Kelly), pool mini disco and lazy river. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We really enjoyed burger’s in Rock n’ Roll dinner. All inclusive cocktails menu is fab. So many drinks to choose from. They even created a few custom drinks for us based on our tastes. Thank you Fanos, Peter, Deepak & Steve. Highly recommended.

A fantastic hotel for families, food was fantastic, I’m a huge fan of allocated sun beds, staff and service is always great and the shows are amazing. The only gripe we did have is with the cats around the Buffett restaurant they don’t both you but just a bit off putting seeing them around ( my daughter would disagree)
