Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort

The hotel is far from being a five-star hotel!!! At first glance, everything is beautiful, clean, neat, but... The rooms are cleaned very poorly, water is provided only once a day of check-in, slippers too. No toothbrushes are provided at all, the water pressure is not very good, there is no shower from the ceiling, and the one on the wall is not adjustable in tilt and height. There is no iron and ironing board in the room. The towels are changed every day. It is obvious that there was a recent cosmetic repair, from which many traces remained. All the buttons are touch-sensitive, collected in one panel, which is not at all convenient. They smoke in the rooms, you can feel it when walking along the corridor, no one monitors this. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom...!! As for the restaurant, the food is delicious, just 90% is repeated, the waiters are polite and know their business. In addition to breakfast, water and coffee are not provided during dinner, only for an additional fee. There is one indoor and three outdoor pools on the territory, direct access to the beach, which, according to the administration, is not well maintained, since the New Year holidays are not the tourist season for them. There is also nothing to do in the city, since almost everything is closed. The administration does not speak English well, I saw only one Russian-speaking employee and that was in the restaurant.

Absolutely Perfect - 5/5 We absolutely loved our stay here! It completely exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were so welcoming and attentive—just perfect! Our kids had a blast at the kids' club, which was a big highlight for us. The food was outstanding, and the pizza oven was such a fantastic touch. Honestly, those were the best pizzas I've ever tasted in Cyprus! Our room was incredible—modern and fully automated, plus it was spotlessly clean. The view was breath taking, overlooking a picturesque sandy bay that felt like a slice of paradise. The facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a wonderful addition, making it easy to relax and stay active no matter the weather. This place gets a big 5 out of 5 from us. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Exceptional customer service, beautiful hotel, stunning room , food was amazing , must do all inclusive! Spa treatment are to die for , walking distance to all shops and ameneties and to the beach , best sunset in Cyprus ! Staffs and quest relations manager was perfect and we also met the owner who was there and was fantastic

This hotel is perfect for anyone who loves high standards and attention to detail. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and modern. Plus, it’s right next to a beautiful sandy lagoon – such a great spot! Pools were spotless and super inviting, probably the cleanest I’ve seen at any hotel. Restaurant was fantastic too. The food was a great variety, and it was all fresh, healthy, and really tasty. Definitely something for everyone. My favorite part, though, was the cozy terrace near the lobby. It’s such a chilled-out spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. Relaxing getaway!

Well worth a stay / value for money / somewhere to unwind and recharge Introduction a wow ! Greeted by night porter taking our cases to our room completing a full introduction of - fab technology / timings for restaurants and offerings happy to promote / demonstrate a wonderful sea view room - two views of the sea (rooms on hotel far right) Relaxed atmosphere and good chill place spa treatments - heaven worth even penny and more ! Restaurant welcome always enjoyable A must to eat outside / on sun terrace to receive consistent attentive service (blonde waitress - short hair) ensures all are on their game only five star / second to none service will be served here Outside pool bar drinks and snacks have a fab selection, all cooked fresh -served with a friendly smile Evening entertainment varied and applaud able administered alongside - happy energetic polite bar staff Shame some of the other guests and their children couldn’t offer social etiquette a small sign demonstrating any manners as a small token in appreciation We will be back again - thanks to spa manager / blonde waitress and night porter !

Without a doubt the hotel facilities are 5*. Wonderful pool scene and amazing indoor pool to choose from. Alongside sauna, steam room and gym. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with large balcony space. The food is very good, good variety. Breakfast and lunch is especially good. Excellent choices. We didn’t visit the snack bar but we did see people’s meals and they looked good. Having a small cove of beach to visit from a change of the pool scene is nice, the sea is beautiful and crystal clear. However the beach is littered heavily with cigarette ends and is far from the cleanest. The kids club is sweet for younger children. Our daughter went and did colouring, playing and painting, she seemed to love it. The kids disco is enjoyable too but it really needs placing upstairs where the live music plays as the room it is in isn’t fit for purpose for a room of kids and the adults- please consider this. What makes this hotel not a 5* Taking customers all inclusive wrist bands off them at 11am on the day of check out, this is not acceptable when paid for a 5* resort especially as we arrived at 11pm the day of arrival so did not eat or drink on what is classed as the ‘first day/night’. We have holidayed at many places and we have never experienced this before. The evening entertainment programme is poor, 3 singers were unbearable to listen to. One was excellent on Monday 28th October, all should be to this standard. The entertainment programme definitely needs reviewing. The responses/communication from senior team members when something goes wrong is inadequate/not acceptable. I found a large bit of plastic in my yogurt that I was eating, I am aware that human error can happen and understand this but my concern was that if this was being eaten by a toddler/child this could be an extremely serious event. I was told by a member of waiting staff to show someone in the food area who didn’t acknowledge the seriousness of it which is what concerned me the most. Someone senior should have come to see me to apologise and also acknowledge that they will learn from this so it never happens again. Unfortunately this was also the case when I had raw pork. Again all customers want is acknowledgment that it has been noted and that the establishment will learn from this. The beds are two singles pushed together that drift apart when you move in bed, there needs to be a cover to keep them together when a double bed has been requested. The water/drinks aren’t refilled in the room fridges. As a minimum in a 5* hotel, water should be refilled at room cleaning time. Overall we had a really lovely holiday. We would recommend to families with younger children ＜10 years. We sincerely hope however that management acknowledge some of the above to learn from to maintain the highest standards and keep customers safe in their establishment.
