The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole area was spotless and everything was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The hotel is perfectly located right across from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of the town center. During our stay, they opened a new fitness center, which was a great addition. They also started hosting a pool party every Saturday, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that made us want to spend even more time by the pool. We would definitely love to come back again!

I was surprised how good the hotel is. Comfortable mattress and modern bathroom. Location is amazing. All staff so kind, Veronika from reception recommends me many nice spots and restaurants on the island. I gonna remember this awesome holiday. Bar has delicious drinks, I couldn’t stop order new cocktails, because of that.

Date of stay , 9th 21st July. My wife & i checked in late in the evening, & we were allocated room 308 . We were duly impressed by by our room, it was spacious, modern & very clean. There was a separate living / dining area to the bedroom which was great! The bed was huge, it was so comfortable, as were the pillows. The living / dining area was really nice, we had a full size fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a dining table & a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was great, lovely walk in shower with soap/ shower gel provided too , plus the hand & bath towels were top quality, so thick & fluffy! We loved the fact that there were two sets of sliding doors leading onto the balcony, one in the bedroom & one in the living area. The balcony was large, with a table & two very comfortable large chairs , plus we had opted for a sea view room so the views of the sea & pool area were fantastic! The air con in the suite was brilliant too. It's well worth paying a little extra for the sea view rooms, as the land view rooms at the back are just dull, just a dirt track is all that is there. A kettle is provided in the room, & on the first day only, tea bags, & coffee/ sugar sachets will be provided too, but no milk pods unfortunately .Two small bottles of water were also left for us upon check in, so that was a nice gesture. We were on a bed & breakfast basis, so next morning we ventured down to the restaurant. The room is large & air conditioned & the food on offer was fresh &varied & the great thing about the restaurant was that in the eleven nights we were here for ,not once did we have to wait for any food items to be replenished ,everything was topped up constantly, so great work all round ! Pool area; There is lovely large pool, plus a kids pool & a jacuzzi type pool, no water jets but very warm water. The main pool & kids pool temperature is brilliant, you could stay in there for hours without feeling cold ! also there are plenty of very comfortable sun loungers around the pools & terrace area, plus there's a nice pool bar on the terrace which is open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. There is a food menu at the pool bar, at reasonable prices , & on our last day we decided to order a pizza & a kids chicken nugget & chips. We were very impressed with our food , the large tasty pizza was so nice & the nugget & chips were lovely too. Now then ,the Florida hotel offers a late checkout room, 30 Euros until 1500 hours or 50 Euros until 1800 hours. We we did not take up this option even though our pick up time wasn't until 5 p.m. as we would have only have used the room to shower in ,so we asked at reception if we could use a shower somewhere & she said use the shower at the pool area ( no privacy at all) or use the one shower in the gents/ ladies toilet ,which sadly we had to use, but there was nowhere to sit down to get your clothes on & the space was tiny too. It would be nice, in the future if the hotel can somehow arrange some sort of larger changing area. please
