Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

The reception staff were helpful and very informative. Great facilities unable to be used as fully booked I definitely would stay longer than 1 night Breakfast and evening dinners were amazing, with a variety and vegetarian options which I was very pleased with and enjoyed.

This hotel looks lovely from the outside. The room was decent, clean and enough hanging space for 2 of us. The bathroom was ok although the shower constantly overflowed and we had to use rolled up towels to keep the water contained. The all inclusive drinks were not up to standard and we definitely noticed a difference in service and standard of drink when we opted to pay. The food at the buffet was ok but repetitive. It was about a 30 minute walk to Ayia Napa and 10 minute walk to Nissi Beach. We had cocktails at the Jokers bar a few times which were amazing, as were the bar staff and the owner.

Just arrived we have got the Annex building just off to the side of the main building. So far our experience has been absolutely terrible as our balcony looks onto the back of the main hotel where the kitchen but worst of all where the bins are situated. So I have payed £2.500 for a fortnight of looking at and smelling bins in 40*+ of heat. I have asked to be moved and told I have to come back in the morning to see if anything can be done as it is peak season the hotel is full. So we will see. My only advice so far would be. MAKE SURE YOUR NOT IN THE ANNEX ASK FOR THE MAIN BUILDING. I should have read more reviews and I would have made sure to say main building in my booking. It is now 22.15. On June 13th 2024 so I will let you know the outcome of my room request tomorrow 14th. And from then I will write a proper in-depth review. £2.500 to look at bins I could do that at home if I wanted for free. Andrew Douglas

Our recent 9-day stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, despite some positive aspects. Here's a detailed review of our experience: Food and Dining The food provided was acceptable, with plenty of options available. However, it wasn't extraordinary—just average. The variety was sufficient, but the quality left much to be desired. Reception and Staff The reception staff were mostly rude and unhelpful. Not all of them spoke English, which led to significant communication barriers. Despite having booked two separate rooms, we were given an apartment with two rooms and one bathroom. This was highly inconvenient as we were traveling with a nanny and a baby, making it impossible for us to use the single apartment efficiently. The receptionist insisted that two rooms with private bathrooms were equivalent to one apartment with one bathroom, which is absurd. We were essentially forced to accept the apartment or leave the hotel. Although there were rooms available, they were being reserved for older guests, not for families with small children who had traveled over 5 hours. Cleanliness and Housekeeping The room cleaning service was subpar. Rooms were not cleaned daily, and we had to constantly request cleaning services. To make matters worse, items were stolen from our room, and the staff did not take responsibility for this. Our friends who stayed at the same hotel had similar issues, having to beg for their rooms to be cleaned and towels to be changed. Beach and Facilities The beach near the hotel was nice in the morning but became dirty with garbage in the afternoon. This significantly detracted from the experience. The unfriendly staff, poor cleanliness, and the issue of stolen items overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.

Loved our week here. Great location! Walking distance to nissi beach (5min)and Ayia napa (25min) lovely restaurants out front if you want a change and a beautiful beach opposite the pool bar so don’t have to go far. Staff are friendly and are on hand to help, nothing to much trouble. The food was fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks are superb you order from a menu and they are made fresh. The inside bar drinks are fab with a bartender who knows his stuff! The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds comfy. The pool area had comfortable mattresses on the sun-loungers. Had a nice chilled holiday would return small. tip we exchanged our towels back and got towel cards but forgot to get deposit back €20 but now have towel cards as a keepsake 😂 so go to reception to get your €10 euro deposit per towel x

Loved our week here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely. The food was amazing! The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were so comfy. Great air conditioning and proper patio doors.The pool area was also spot on. The beds were thick, comfortable matteresses, and there were no rushing to get one as there were plenty. Everything was A1. If you want a nice chilled holiday with plenty of good food and service, this hotel gives that. It is located just out of the busy Aya napa *****, which suited us. We recommend it.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend for families! Super clean pool, new rooms and very friendly stuff (Tonny in pool bar especially). Located near town and beautiful beaches, fantastic spots for drone flying. Food in hotel was splendid!!
