Cyprus in general needs a government program on beach upgrades and improvements. Otherwise it will stay a low budget resort country. There are great hotels on the island. Not many. But even these hotels need good beaches.

Structure in an excellent position in relation to the city center, close to clubs and attractions. Disappointment in terms of the room, collapsed mattress, small sheets for a king size, every night we found ourselves sleeping directly on the mattress, since the sheets weren't big enough to turn under the mattress. Definitely unhygienic. In theory superior room with pool view, but ours overlooked the roof of the other rooms and you couldn't see anything of the pool. Definitely room for improvement for a 4 star. Pool loungers to change, very stained mattresses.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! Upon arrival we were upgraded to an executive suite with a beautiful view of the harbour. Breakfast was a lovely, had a really good selection and the staff were very attentive. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask the hotel reception and it was done for us with a smile. The pool and outside area was spotless and the view from the restaurant and bar was beautiful. It’s walking distance from everything in Ayia Napa so getting around was easy. You won’t find a better love than this hotel. 10/10 from me I would go back without a doubt.

This hotel was everything I was looking for. The hotel was perfect. The room was clean and they offered free drinks and candy when we arrived. It was located just by the beach and we had a beautiful view. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything. The food was amazing and it was very calm. It’s close by to the party street but located so that we were not disturbed by loud noises. My husband used the gym and thought it was great too. We had such an amazing stay here that we are coming back this year too. In October every year they have the midieval festival, and the parade starts just a few minutes outside of the hotel. If you are traveling to Ayia Napa in October this is not something you want to miss. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby too. I recommend Fiji and Avra. If you want to go to Nissi Beach it takes around 30-40 minutes to walk. The Limanaki beach is okay, but not as nice as Nissi Beach. If you want to swim a lot I suggest picking a hotel closer to Nissi Beach, but if you like good restaurants, bars and shopping, I would suggest staying here.

Absolutely terrible and rude service. The moment we walked in, the staff were giving us nasty looks and side eyes, and complained about my reservation details instead of helping me and my partner to our room. They were acting like they were guarding a pot of gold that I was trying to steal from them, although I was simply on a holiday that had been paid for with zero issues. This was a special occasion for my partner and I, so we asked some information about the rooms and whether there would be a possibility to get an upgrade, and the front desk worker literally told us "If it's not good enough for you, you can go somewhere else". They treated us like we were stupid throughout the night, making notions about how "room service will cost extra" as if we did not know that. They made us feel like ****** and like we were in the wrong for asking for any information or talking to them. They asked for IDs, and ended up losing my ID card as well. We just found it several days later tucked in my partner's passport. The cherry on top was them entering unannounced during the afternoon while we were out. Go somewhere else. The view is nice, but the service is terrible, and the people at the front desk should either seriously fix their attitude or work a non-customer facing job.

Great place! Amazing restaurant and stuff. Sea view, near marina. This excellent restaurant with quality service and delicious food for every taste. I also recommend it to hookah lovers, friendly waiters and reasonable prices. About hotel - choose rooms on a higher floor

What an absolute diamond of a hotel. Fro Reception to Housekeeping to Restaurant to Bar. Absolutely nothing but 5* to everyone in every dept. Would love to return. Special mention to Mustafa and Viktoria in the Restaurant and Bar. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I'm hard to please.
