Didn't have the sea view room we booked but gave us a side sea instead + all inclusive, so was a great compensation. Hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable!

Blown away with how helpful and friendly the staff are. Soto the pool barman really looked after me and my family with drinks everyday. Food was really well cooked and prepared, with a very wide variety also. Very clean and tidy hotel with regular entertainment in the day and evenings. Would highly recommend this family oriented hotel and be looking to come back here in the near future. 10/10

Very good service and suprisingly good sotos drink. Thank you mister Sotas! You are, a happy man and truly makes other happy too with your excelent drinks. The all inclusive is very good and he staff is very kind. The facilities is good with lita of different stuff to do. The pool is a good temperature.

We just have returned home from a two week, all-inclusive holiday at this beautiful, well located hotel. The hotel is exceptional in that its staff are its heart. Most of the staff at this hotel have worked here for years and treat each other and all guests as family. In particular, we would like to thank Msria at the pool bar and restaurant for her hospitality. Maria gave us such excellent advice on places to visit nearby and was interesting to talk to about Cyprian culture whilst sipping on one of her perfectly mixed Aperol Spritz at the adult pool bar. Another shout-out goes to Evdoika from the main restaurant. Her beautiful smile and cheery persona are a credit to the hotel, and her trademark flower and matching eye-shadow make her a mascot of the hotel. All Cyprian staff work hard, and it is not unusual to see them serving at breakfast and again later at the evening service. They are what make this hotel so great. Reception is extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they try to accommodate everyone's request, always with a smile. The rooms are very clean and airy, and the beachfronted location is a big plus. There is a bus stop located outside of the hotel on both sides of the road, and it runs the 101 bus from Aiya-Napa to Paralmini and 102 returning. The fare is €1.50 each way until 9.30pm and runs until 4am in the morning, so it is well worth using to visit various beaches and sites. In all this hotel is fab, the only suggestions we would make would be that it would be better to seat visitors to the hotel without children on one part of the restaurant and seat all families with children together at mealtimes in another area if the restaurant. Also, some music by the pool would be nice. We would love to return to this hotel and are looking to book again very soon.

Very beautiful beach, wonderful and friendly staff. Bartender SOTOS not only serves customers, but also creates cocktails. The mild-tasting cocktail he created is worthy of universal international recognition. In thwe hotel everything is arranged. Everything is in good order. A wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday.

From the moment we arrived the staff was awaiting to take our bags and offer us a drink. Every member of the bar staff remembered what I drank and never seen me with an empty glass. We had the room with a whirl pool and even though it was simply beautiful and the view was amazing, we only went in there once. Planning a visit this time next year but looking at 2 weeks. Food at the pool bar and restaurant is to a good standard.

Had a great time at melissi beach hotel .great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach .15 minute walk into centre of ayia napa .but frequent buses stopping outside hotel .pool areas are excellent with 3 pools (1 adult only ) .food at pool bar massive portions and great quality .food in restaurant nice and varied ,only complaint is food was not always kept hot enough .daytime activities pretty low key and could be better .no announcements for activities .very good kids club .evening entertainment was ok with michael buble tribute the outstanding act .rooms very good and clean .for me though the outstanding feature at tge hotel are the friendly accommodating staff .special mention here to Sotos and his bar team .sotos is the guy to ask if you want to know about the local area too .you can tell when people really enjoy their work and sotos is definitely such a person. Special mention to Nabil who made sure our glasses were replenished in the evenings and to Nikos(the eyebrows) and the ever smiling Joanna at the pool bar .we booked half board as we only need 2 meals per day but did upgrade to the A I drinks package on arrival for 24 euros each which was definitely worth doing .all in all a very good holiday inspite of the unusually hot weather for early to mid June which made walking about during the day hard going

The hotel and the location is perfect, very close to the see. It has a great staff, especially Sotos. ( Must try Sotos special drink ) Our family visit this hotel since 2014, it’s the best place with little to bigger kids. The food is soo good and varied!

Very nice hotel with good service, always helpful and understanding. Real good food and drinks also with no alkohol for kids. I real like the barman sodos he’s every nice and warm. I’ll give you photo for example of the no alkohol drinks for kids

Brilliant location with lovely food. (Regarding the restaurant, order drinks immediately as the service is so slow you will probably have eaten your dinner before the drinks arrive). The pool is nice and quiet which is so relaxing. This hotel gets top marks for exceptional cleanliness too. My only gripe was because of three different servers. A young girl serving at the main pool bar rolls her eyes and replies with insincerity and sarcasm everytime that it put me off going over. An overweight sweaty server in the restaurant is really slow at taking drinks orders and is always falling over herself or dropping things!! Another server in the restaurant has personal hygiene issues with her black teeth and excessive dandruff, which sounds so petty but it's really off-putting at dinner!! Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel with a blue flag beach.staff all very friendly and helpful especially Sotos who is brilliant and I recommend you try his special cocktail 🍹 . Would recommend this hotel especially this time of year when it’s not too busy and the weather is still in the high 20s

Excellent service. Don't be afraid to ask, if you have 'All inclusive', there was nothing the couldnt help with. If it's not on the menu, they will help you solve it etc. Of course the most interaction was with the people, which was Sotos and his team. Great personal with only service in mind and happy personalities.

My husband and I love the spa here. Whenever we come to Cyprus we always try to make it a mission to come here if we cannot stay in the hotel. We love the manager Maria who always remembers us and greets us with a warm smile and professionalism. I had a wonderful full body massage by Kapita who seemed to really enjoys her job which made me enjoy the massage even more. Once again it was a wonderful experience and already looking to come back again in the near future.

Tasty food, very nice swimming pools, excellent location near the lovely beach, really helpful stuff and great cocktails made by Sotos and his team! Apartment is perfect for the families, although you may encounter ants and other insects.
