The body body scrub and massage with Jimmy was simply a delight. He is very experienced and takes care of you in the best way possible. He makes sure that intensity and your wellbeing is his highest priority. I can only recommend visit the spa and book a treatment with him.

We’ve been to a few Hotels normally 4 star so excited to stay in a 5 star. It however fell short so we were very disappointed - it’s definitely an average 4 star hotel. … I feel that my reviews are honest, so would like to start by saying the hotel itself was stunning being on the beach. The room was also great, we stayed in Block 8100, which was a fair walk from the main reception. There were loads of cats, which we didn’t mind, but if you’re not a cat lover, maybe not for you. The room was really nice and clean, but we ended up road side which was disappointing. (we didn’t book a swim up room as it was more expensive) There was no information in the room regarding what the protocol was or what was going on at the Hotel. We were advised that all the information could be found on the TV which meant I had to remember what was going on....... There were some working screens around the Hotel, but they weren’t always up to date. So we had to go back and ask some things again and ended up writing them on my phone noted. SERVICE: The first few days were great as it wasn’t too busy and nothing seemed too much for the staff, but once we got past the weekend it was very busy and the staff looked overworked and overwhelmed. We went from the table being laid up with knives and forks and spoons, and being looked after with drinks, to minimal cutlery and plates piles up on the tables around us and no one servicing the drinks for dinner. As it was cold most people ate inside and I don’t think the staff were able to cope. FOOD: The food selection was rather small, we would have expected double the choice for a 5 star hotel, it was definitely not as good as we have been used to in the past. Again, it started of with all the dishes having a label above stating the name of the dish, to not having any label towards the end of our stay. One woman complained as she wanted to know if the dish contained nuts!! Also, the food was often hit and miss as it was often cold instead of hot…And the choice was very limited, with the same pork menu and pasta most nights. I was surprised we didn’t have more fresh fish on the menu, but that might have been reserved for the Sushi Bar, which you had to pay for. Limited options for breakfast in the main restaurant with no cereal and one toaster!! The fruit selection was the worst I’ve seen, apples pears banana. The children’s selection of food was the worst I’ve come across. Breakfast was on until 9.30 which was rather early, with no backup other than the outside Streat Lab, which didn’t serve late breakfast. However a couple of days before we left they opened up the Italian restaurant and served breakfast until 11.00 am Although the information stated that there were 6 different restaurants, 2 were closed when we arrived and the barbecue as cancelled as it was too windy. One of the restaurants stated Adults Only and there were children running around (although I don’t mind children, just advertise correctly) The Streat Lab

We have now been at mare Village for nearly 14 days and it is perfekt. We give our best rekommandation. Rooms are perfekt, quiet. Restaurant are very nice. Food is good and not the same every day in buffet restaurant. They have other really nice restaurant and especially mandolin greek restaurant was good and Adamos, ajay and Sujan served us very well. During Day they have an animation team were Wael make a lot of fun with us. Wael learned us to use archery and it was very fun. He also start a lot of other activities and especually waterpolo was really great. We therefore give our best rekommandationer for this hotel.

Especially when spoke with the mic he is a really fun guy! And good at making activities at the pool also. Great hotel overall. Lot of things to do by the pool like tabletennis and waterpolo with Wael really fun and make the time fly. Food and drinks was good as well.

The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained, with lush, well-kept plants. The buffet food was very good, and the staff in the restaurants and bars were all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is excellent, with beautiful sand and private loungers. The kids’ entertainment was okay, though there weren’t that many activities on offer. The evening shows were of rather modest quality. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. On arrival, we found other people’s hair still in the bathroom. After complaining, it was cleaned once properly, but for the rest of our stay the cleaning was inadequate to non-existent. The bathroom grout was full of mold, which is simply unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The whole room also smelled musty and moldy—probably due to the high humidity—but it was so bad we couldn’t store our clothes in the closet or drawers, because after two days they smelled like a damp old basement. Another disappointment: at check-out, reception didn’t ask us even once how our stay was. It felt unprofessional and disinterested. Overall, sadly, we won’t be coming back.

In general hotel provides all inclusive service, we took HB. Hotel is 10 min from center of Aiya Napa village in car, has pretty parking on side. It has SPA facilities , number of restaurants and snaks bars. Small and nice water world for kids. If you want privacy, go for bungalows. There is two kinds , one is with garden view and second is with private pool. We took with garden view. Has do admit house keeping lady , each day even if we brought some sand from outside, next day all was cleaned up and we got new towels. Any request from room service/front desk was services relatively fast. I would like to admit Andrii from front desk for his service - when we arrived , we got room with strong smell of mold , probably from conditioner and clogged shower as well. This person first tried to solve issue by sending us maintaince workers , but by the end moved us to other room from same kind where all was ok. Second issue was between our local travel agency and hotel regarding the payment, there was some issue with money transfer between two, but by the end all was setup for good and we even got some compensation from hotel for issues described above (5* isn't it 🙂) . To conclude, if you are looking for hotel far enough from noisy Ayia Napa's pubs to spend time with family , it is place for you. There is bus stops near hotel, so even if you don't have a car, reaching places is not a problem. Overall looking back, all services was good. Maybe will return one day, BUT for sure with different travel agent :).
