Great hotel to stay at and still have 2 days left.. Couldn't fault anything about the place at all. Everyone so friendly. From the Buffet bar to the BBQ great food. Although it's states BBQ food out of this world just like all the restaurants. Plenty of places to have a dip/swim and a g gym if your into keep fit. Just had a great massage and sauna and came back to apartment to find a cake, fruit a bottle of wine for my birthday..Thank You very much Atlantica.

We just arrived home from a two week stay. First off we had a nice time overall. We appreciated being upgraded to a larger room. Our room was always kept to a high standard 8230. Our lovely cleaning lady was amazing, 3 small kids to pick up after plus us. Coming back to a clean room everyday. She works very hard and should be recognized. The village itself is kept to a high standard beautiful flowers and landscaping and music playing while you walk to your dinner. The splash park is fantastic and we spent many days there. The quiet pool is not so quiet as it is very shallow with massage jets and most parents figured out that it is the perfect spot for small kids and to relax! Kids club Lovely English lady very sweet the two other girls working, very kind hearted. Your pottery, bubble man, magic man, and talent show act. Wow fantastic for the kids. They are very talented set of men! Food - A bit of everything, but their lunch buffet had some of the best variation. I am a salad girl and to see 10 different salads with different flavors. Top! Especially loved the apple salad and walnut and pomegranate salad. The meat choices I think is the downfall. Red meat was not best cuts and very fatty. Chicken is so easy but it was not available most nights. Pork was abundant, but I don't eat it. I was thankful for your stuffed grapeleaf rolls. The carrot cake n caramel cake with fruit stars were best desserts. Overall the buffet was good. What gave us a headache and many meltdowns with the kids were Drinks! The village is big and alot of walking between. The kids were thirsty all the time and it was very difficult to get drinks for them. For us as well! You don't refill the mini bar and personally this is dangerous as your drink stations are FAR from the hotel rooms. We found out after 6 days that you do have water bottle filling station on the bottom on the building but no one had mentioned this at check-in. This caused alot of stress having clean water to make baby bottles and drinks for the kids. Eventually we resorted to buying water bottles and had the staff fill them with Pepsi or iced milk. You should have open access to water or fountain drink stations at the pools and have them labeled on the map. Having to wait for 6 men to get a cocktail before my kid can have water is to long. The main bar, cocktail bar, and pool bar all had horribly made alcohol. None of them had proper training. I got drinks that were disgusting. As a five star resort every cocktail that comes out should be made perfectly. I was given blue paper cups on most occasions instead of your plastic glass. Not being able to have a decent cocktail when you pay alot of money for all inclusive really took the sparkle out of the holiday. Husband went to the adults only lounge gave it thumbs up. Buffet Seats---- covered in crumbs, powered sugar, wet? Stains. I get it I have kids but not once were they clean in the two weeks. It felt gross to have sticky seats and tables for e

We travelled 9th-19th May as a family of 3 (4 year old boy). From the moment we arrived we was greeted with a warm welcome at reception then taken to our room by a buggy, driver was so nice, took us on a little tour first so we knew where everything was. When you first arrive it's overwhelming of the size and you wonder where everything is but once you find your feet everything is just a few mins walk from each other. We went all inclusive and we found the food and drinks lovely (not watered down drinks like some all inclusives). We had a family swim up and it was stunning and having our own shared pool was a great addition. The main pools did get busy early so if your not having a swim up maybe head to the pool straight from breakfast. Very clean hotel the grounds was gorgeous and found all staff friendly. Kids club have activities for parents to go along to, we went to the bubble show and the magician show and my little boy loved it. We only made the kids disco one night as he didn't nap and was tired by 8pm. He enjoyed the park after evening meal, great big park for the kids. Beach is stunning , a little rocky underfoot though so take beach shoes so you can swim further out. It's 15 euro taxi to Ayia Napa and 20 to Protaras so worth maybe hiring a car if you venture out a few times, we had a car for 3 days for 80 euro with windmill cars, they dropped at the hotel and collected it again. Snack bar in the day was really nice and so handy for when my little boy wanted something quick , they have chips / burgers / hot dogs / sandwiches / nuggets / breaded chicken / Korean chicken / fruit and deserts. The little ice cream van situated amongst the bungalows was a great hit too and the flavours were so nice. If you want a taxi I highly recommend L.A Taxis a very family friendly taxi firm, 140 euro return from the airport. We did the Yellow Submarine trip from Ayia Napa marina , we have done this before 2 years ago too, it's great fun and only 90mins long so not too much for the kids and they are amazing on the boat with the kids. I would defo return it was a gorgeous family holiday.

Family holiday with a strange start We had a late night arrival at 20:30h. The welcome of the reception was cold like a robot. We did not get WiFi instruction, nor the information how our luggage will go to our room. We had to ask / check for everything our selves. We were well explained about the restaurant and what is all inclusive and what is chargeable. She advised us immediately to go for dinner since it will close at 21:30h. We went then for dinner with our kid and our baby. In the meantime the luggage was brought to the room. One was missing so my husband hat to go look for it at 22:00h. The golf car driver was very nice, he made a tour while showing us the resort, explaining very nicely where is what and checking if we have questions. The room 1017 is very nice. We booked a one bedroom swim up bungalow all inclusive. Highly recommended, since the main pool area is totally crowded. And everyone reserved the sun beds already before breakfast. Our room is big and we 4 have enough space to relax and spend time in the room. Our pool is nice and our neighbours are friendly. There is just a terrible music all the time from room 1013! Super loud and all day and night! The breakfast is terrible like a bees nest.. I wished they would offer a second breakfast space that is more calm. The buffet is okay for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner - food is over cooked, all pre prepared, not really named with a label since I have a food allergy - it would be great to know obviously(!), stuff is unorganised, not knowledgeable, no beverage menu card, everyone is doing something and nothing. We also had to wait a while to be seated, since I have a young toddler that is hungry, I just went to sit at a prepared table to get food. Short story long here the main points - beach towels have to be collected/returned at the spa - No shower mat for the floor / dangerously for you toddlers - Water is only up in the room the first day (stupid joke for an all inclusive booking since is water we talk and not an expensive item - Unorganised stuff at the buffet - All inclusive is not all inclusive-it’s a total scam - Everything that is not included has a star. There many stars - Buffet food is poor, over cooked and tasteless - Mini market stuff is arrogant and unfriendly. They don’t label the items wit price so you have to ask and they just make up a price - No hotel information in the room to educate yourself-all Online in the app, the app crashes, not working probably, just makes you get frustrated until you find the information you look for - Restaurant bookings are absolute joke, only once per week otherwise chargeable?! *** is that - stupid rule ever I read! - As well pay attention in the buffet restaurant, the plates are broken and sharp. Super dangerous for the kids! So far I am not impressed of this 5 star family hotel. We haven’t seen the service that makes up to your holiday yet. Let’s see - we still have 5 days to go.

We travelled as a group of 6, myself, my husband, our two children and my parents. We stayed from 20th June - 27th June 2024, and travelled with Jet2 Holidays. We had a family room with sliding doors and balcony, situated in the residences. I chose this hotel as its part of the Atlantica group, which we have stayed at before, but also because they have an excellent reputation. We ate breakfast at the main buffet restaurant, and also once at Dante’s, which was lovely, wish we’d had breakfast here more. We had lunches and evening meals in the main buffet restaurant, and also enjoyed the BBQ house a la carte, and Dante’s Italian, both were gorgeous meals. Beautifully kept gardens and the whole village was immaculately clean. The hotels private beach is stunning, and the sea is beautiful, loungers are free on the beach too. Towels provided, which you can change daily if you wish. Every single staff member was incredibly polite and welcoming, and really couldn’t do enough for you. A mix of nationalities at the hotel, the odd rude guest, just no manners, BUT overall no real problems, and this added to us feeling like we were away, instead of being in a predominantly British hotel. Low key entertainment, but some beautiful areas to just sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a completely relaxing holiday, we felt like we had been away for longer than a week, it was amazing. Our first time to this side of Cyprus, and we will be back.

A wonderful and well kept resort. Lots of offers when it comes to restaurants and food options. We stayed here in 2019 as well, and the resort is maintained very well. The staff is mostly friendly and service minded. The swim up rooms are perfect and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Not a lot of entertainment, but perfect for us.

My Dad and I had a great experience with this hotel! Rooms and food were so nice and the grounds of the hotel and beach was beautiful! The most memorable was the entertainment team, we met them almost everyday and did so many different activities! Sebastian, Alanna, Dylan, Cristina and Katerina were always so energetic and positive and it set the tone for our holiday! Would recommend this hotel and suggest getting involved in all they have to offer!
