Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

went with my pals last week, belter of a hotel. shout out to George at the bar, what a stud. the rooms were great, harryyyyy potttterrrrr was a nice touch. quite a few onions cuttin about though so be careful of that. overall great holiday not gonna lie.

Excellent hotel, situated in a perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the shops and bars, hotel service and staff all outstanding in what they do.food quality and choice is again excellent We will definitely return on our next visit to Cyprus.

Where do I start… This hotel opened the day we arrived and from arrival to leaving we were blessed with great staff from cleaners, bar staff, animators, managers - just everyone! Check in was quick and easy and the hotel Manager was there to greet us and explain all - she even showed us to our room! The food was absolutely OUTSTANDING - if there are any bad reviews of the food, ignore them! The chefs work pretty damn hard and if pays off. No repetitive food at all and the choice was AMAZING! The animators were absolutely fantastic - and even when there only a few of us at the hotel in the early days of it opening, they kept us entertained and never fell short of this when the hotel got busier - shout out to the best animators I’ve ever come across in a hotel - JOE, ALEX and SAARA. You are a credit to the hotel. The bar staff, absolutely so lovely - MARIOS, DINOS and GEORGE (sorry if I’ve missed anyone) even down to Chris, the brilliantly hilarious security guard! Thanks all staff! There was works ongoing whilst we were there which did not disturb us only on our last morning after the Easter weekend they were very loud at 6am but this didn’t bother us and are coming to an end! We had room on 5th floor (508) and it had amazing views and a sunrise to die for We also met some fantastic people Jay, Lucy and their parents ❤️❤️ Anyway, this hotel was 10/10 and would recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 nights, overall the experience was lovely, there’s just a few things to mention to make other people aware. Our room was beautifully clean upon arrival, and the cleaners did a wonderful job at cleaning it. However there was no “do not disturb/clean this room” sign to hang on the door so we found that cleaners would just walk in, sometimes without knocking, and we got walked in on multiple times whilst we were asleep in bed. We also found there was no internal lock in our room which allowed the cleaners to enter without our approval also, also making us feel slightly unsafe. The food in the restaurant was lovely, very tasty. However there is a rule for the restaurant in the evening times classed as “elegant”. On our first night we arrived in elegant dresses and sandals. Halfway through our meal a waiter came over and just said “ladies, flops” to us. All of us looked at each other confused, he then pointed to our shoes and repeated “flops”. We then figured he meant “flip flops” and showed us a card with the dress code which was only stating elegant. Neither my two friends or I were in flip flops. We all had nice sandals on. But they were not good enough as they didn’t have “backs on them”. We got let off this once and he just mentioned it and left. We then tried again on our last night, also in elegant dresses and sandals after we noticed after our 5 nights there other people were allowed in with flip flops/trainers/sandals with NO backs. We approached the manager on the door of the restaurant and he simply said he cannot let us in with these sandals on with no backs even after us pointing out multiple people who had sliders or trainers on. We turned away, changed our shoes, came back and said we didn’t really understand why people can freely walk around in the restaurant with these flip flops and sliders on, sometimes dressed in leggings and hoodies yet we come down in nice evening dresses and get turned away. We were all inclusive so if I hadn’t brought an extra pair of sandals on with backs my friend wouldn’t have had any and then we wouldn’t have been allowed to eat even though we paid for all inclusive? This rule was stated nowhere, other than the elegant dress code for evenings. We ordered late check out on our last day as our transfer wasn’t until 7pm. We went to the water park on our last day and returned to find our room key wasn’t working and we were worried as we got told the receipt will be “sent to our room” which we never received. Luckily the staff at the reception managed to resolve this however that may not have been the case if it wasn’t the same lady on reception that helped us book our late check out in the first place. The staff at the pool however were lovely, the barmen were superb and remembered our drink orders every time. As well as this, we had a massage one day, and the massage lady went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and happy. Overall we enjoyed this hotel, however we

The staff make this hotel amazing. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Check it was quick. We were on the first floor. The rooms are light and spacious. Cleaned every day, fresh towels. The food is very nice, with plenty of variety, also the snack bar is open pretty much all day. The restaurant staff are great too in an evening. We never struggled to get sunbeds even when we went down later on. The hotel location is great, 5 mins from the harbour and the beach. 10 mins to the bars and shops. The entertainment is great with the staff getting you involved if you wanted to. There is entertainment on each evening, we barely ventured out. Would definitely return here. We met some fantastic people. Shout out to entertainment staff Joe, Alex and Sarra, Bar guys Marios, Deano, Lucia the massuer and Johanna at the snack bar you guys made our holiday that little bix extra special.

My boyfriend and I came for a weeks stay & we had the most wonderful break. The facilities were wonderful and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Reception helped us with all of our needs and were brilliant. Shout out to the bar staff for fast service and friendly conversations no matter how busy they are! Throughout the week we spent a lot of time partaking in all the activities the animators provided for us. Joe, Sarra and Alex have been amazing, never failing to keep us entertained. So approachable, so helpful and always great fun. We will miss you!

We loved our stay at the hotel. The best food we've ever had in an all inclusive, with so much variety. Rooms were really nice and cleaned with fresh towels every day. The entertainment was excellent, Joe, Alex and Sarra made us feel so comfortable and kept us laughing the whole time. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent location, quite rooms, tasty food, polite personnel! Amazing view, luxurious rooms very clean spaces! Excellent for family or couples! Right on the beach and in the heart of Ayia Napa it has it all! Rich breakfast variety! I loved it!!!

I visited with my wife and children this amazing establishment last season and honestly we can’t wait to go back. We are in Cyprus right now staying in an apar**ent waiting for the Hotel to open on May 1. We have already made a reservation for 10 blissful days. We visited the Hotel yesterday and had a look. Cleaning and setting up is in process! I saw some of the staff and what I really laughed about was the fact that they were almost all of them with beards (unrecognizable). It was so funny 😊 Still many familiar friendly faces said Hello and were genuinely happy to see us. I love my food and I so look forward to the delicious buffets especially to taste the “ Cypriot flaounes” during Greek Easter celebrations. 1st of May is not that far away . . . . and we are so excited. See you very soon everyone!
