This is the best hotel! We’ve come home recently from our 8th visit and will be returning again Check in easy and quick. Very clean plenty of water stations lots of choices at the buffet. Great kids club. Our room with the swim up pool is stunning. Spyros is such a lovely guy seating you for breakfast and dinner his favourite line is ‘welcome to paradise’ Savoulla at the wet bar is all over it. I didn’t even need to tell her what we wanted each day she was already pouring it. Steve and Piers at Hector bar were excellent great banter and kept the drinks flowing again knew what we wanted. We will definitely back hopefully next year if not not the year after.

I was at the hotel at the end of May with my child. The hotel very child-friendly, lots of activities, animations. Rooms clean, large. The whole hotel very well maintained. Service at the highest level. We especially wanted to thank Mr Elie for his amazing customer approach, professionalism and sense of humour. He hosted us perfectly in the Green and Grill restaurant. Hotel very close to the most beautiful Nissi Beach. I recommend it wholeheartedly! We will definitely come back again !

We stayed here for 7 nights from 2 June 2024 in room 604 (Premium Double Room with Pool View, Poolside and Terrace). Our last 2 nights were unbearable. From 11pm on Friday 7 June until we checked out on Sunday 9 June the air con was broken. Our room temperature was 28.4 degrees celsius. The hotel receptionists advised that the issue was affecting the entire resort and that they were working on resolving the issue. This was followed by continuous lies from them for 2 nights straight such as the air-con will be working in 1 hour, then another hour and another hour etc. Then at 8pm on Saturday 8 June they advised that the issue had been resolved and we just need to stay in the room for 1.5 hours so that the smart sensors can pick up the motion to enable the air to start circulating... this was another lie. There was a multitude of guests in the lobby complaining and demanding answers. Some guests had to source alternative accommodation at their own expense. The hotel receptionists said they would allow guests to sleep in the lobby and keep their babies in their prams or that people could sleep with both doors to their rooms open because "there aren't any criminals". Nobody can guarantee that there are no criminals and people with children cannot sleep with either of their doors open regardless of whether they have a balcony, direct pool access or ground floor terrace for obvious safety reasons. Now for the good parts: the direct pool access rooms were lovely, food was mostly excellent, the children's entertainment was fantastic and the restaurant staff and entertainment staff were amazing and very helpful.

First of all, we are quite satisfied and are actually considering going back next year, however if no maintenance and improvements have been done then that will be our last time at this resort. We were traveling with a soon to be 3 year old child and a 8 month old child. Family room in the main building was pretty good, clean, safe electrical wise for the crawling kid (had to unplug the phone and remove a lamp because of the cords, no issues regarding that). However the lock on the door to the balcony wasn't safe enough for our 3 year old. The safety chain on the door towards the hallway was way to low, he moved the chair to the door, removed the chain and ran off in the hallway when one parent was using the bathroom (the other parent was by the pool with the other kid). Would prefer an extra safety chain mounted higher! The arcade area was quite boring, and some of the tubes around cabling/wiring wasn't properly connected to the electrical boxes on the wall. Therefore it would be possible for a child to pull wires or cables. Also the lids wasn't closed and sealed. There was also quite aggressive ball play in this area and the personnel didn't care, even though the signs says that ball play isn't allowed. Entertainment was way too loud and could harm children's hearing. Food was okay, everything needed extra salt, but that might be a cultural preference. Our 3 year old hated everything except the french fries at the snack bar, unfortunate enough there was another type of fries at the restaurant (the chefs are not too be blamed because of our picky eater) We loved that the highchairs were cleaned and wrapped, but some of them need to be replaced as the trays fastening mechanism have been worn out. Green & Grill was a disaster and we were quite sad to have waisted a dinner there, both the tuna and beef was over done, the fries were supposed to be served with herbs but there were none. When serving the main course they didn't ask if we wanted more to drink even though our glasses were empty (the server left so fast the we didn't have the chance to tell him our self). We had to leave the table to order more drinks at the bar as no server ever looked at us even though we waived several times. As we had our kids with us we didn't care to complain about the overdone food, we didn't want to wait forever for food that might be eatable. The playground area was quite nice, but the small playhouse needs to be replaced as it was damaged. However the gate was terrible. I saw kids climbing on the gate and unlocking it from the inside, or even just standing on the ground inside and unlocking. I had to stand next to the gate all the time to close it because of all the children who opened it. The fence and gate should be higher and built in a way that only grown-ups can open (my intention is not to be seated in the nearby bar drinking while my kid plays alone, but the be able to sit on a chair and breastfeed the little one and be able to relax knowing

I really like this Hotel. Me and my friend we had an amazing long weekend in this hotel. We got a swim-up room with was a nice experience, very comfy sunbeds on our terrace. Pros: - location - opposite Nissi Beach - lots of activity and entertainment - delicious food - big territory - excellent Hotel for Family Cons: - only small - little old but it wasn't a big problem for us

We returned from a 7 night stay on 9th June. Despite the delay in arriving the first 5 days were lovely however the holiday took a turn for the worse the last 2 nights. The weather was amazing this week and had reached temps of late 30s. On the evening of 7th June, our air con didn’t seem to be working. The reception sent maintenance round to reset it although it didn’t make a difference. An hour later after the temperature had done nothing but rise in the room, members of staff were informing us that there was a problem and it was being fixed and told us that we needed to sleep with the doors open. Not the best idea when you have young ones! Various calls were made through the night and throughout the day on Saturday but was just told it was still being fixed and would be an hour. By 8pm Saturday 8th we asked for an update and they had said it had been fixed but we all needed to sit in our rooms for 90mins so the system could circulate. Load of rubbish, instead we all sat in our rooms like fools, sweating watching the temp increase! There was a number of guests in the reception all waiting for an update and waiting for the manager to come back with answers on whether we would be moved to a different room or hotel. He suggested us stay in the reception and pointed at my 5month baby and asked why he couldn’t sleep in his pram in reception - is that a joke! My 3 year old had come out in a heat rash and has scratched his skin to shreds due to the heat. The manager went into one of the rooms and agreed it was too hot. Temps in the rooms had reached over 30 degrees. By 11.30pm that evening we were still waiting for the manager to return with some sort of plan. The majority of the guests with kids had to make alternative arrangements in different hotels for the night. The hotel did move guests to other hotels but that wasn’t until 3am Sunday 9th! I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and never had an issue but the way we were treated during our most recent stay, I won’t be returning in a hurry. Pros: Food is great, variety of food available in the buffet restaurant and the grill restaurant. Our room was great, with the steps on our terrace directly into the pool - my toddler loved it. The entertainment team were brilliant with the children, loads of games going on throughout the day and the mini disco in evening

Terrible! Food rubbish in the on site restaurants. OK at best in buffet. Air con not working and our room was over 30degrees at night with a small child this was distressing. I can’t stress enough that this is NOT a 5 star hotel, 3 star at the very best. Book elsewhere - this place is not worth your money. Staff all trying their best and trying to make the best of what they have but it’s really shocking. For what we paid and for what we’ve experienced, terrible. We go on several holidays per year and this is the first time I’ve left a negative review as I always try to look for the positives but this has been the worst experience possible from a hotel where you expect (and pay for) the basics to be working. I could write pages of things that are not as expected but I think the air con not working for two nights with lies about it being fixed is enough, dreadful. With all windows and doors open at night (having a small child in bed) we couldn’t get it below 30 degrees and had to accept getting bitten all night by bugs.

Arrival on Weds and check in smooth and quick, which was nice because we arrived very late in the evening. To be offered hot soup as a snack at 11pm in 30 degree heat was a bit if a head scratcher. First night exhausted so slept very wel, By day 3 the aircom still wasn't cooling the room below 26 degrees. Mentioned it to reception, they sent maintenance if they didn't come once they came 4 times over the next 2 days. Tui rep organised for us to change rooms day 7 as aircon faulty/not working. Moved rooms, on day 2 in the new room came back from a day out to ants all over the bed. Housekeeping hoovered these up and will do deep clean in the morning. Put the aircon on to "cool" and 3 hours later the room temperature has gone up 3 degrees to 26.9 degrees. So trying to sleep whilst mopping the sweat from my brow! 1/10 for aircon reliability. Check which excursions have to meet a minimum number of participants, ours was cancelled last minute due to insufficient numbers. We're here for two weeks so may get to go next week. Food varied albeit a bit samey if staying for 2 weeks. Staff friendly enough some more than others. Pool facilities ok, sunbeds a plenty but perhaps could do with being washed / rinsed off. Especially the beds on the swim up rooms as they have canvas covers on and ours heavily stained with sun lotion/tanning oil. There's no water at the pool bars you have to obtain this from the coolers placed around the hotel. The one outside the buffet restaurant is the best, others in the corridors didn't seem to be able to chill the water. Would I stay again? No, you shouldn't have to try sleep in 27 degree heat in your room at night in a 5 star hotel room.
