Absolutely amazing hotel in an amazing position. Literally across the road from Nissi Bay. One of the best holidays we have ever had. Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly staff, fabulous accommodation, we never usually go to the same place twice as we like new experiences but we would definitely go back. Room We stayed in a 1 bed bungalow. Very spacious, 2 full bathrooms, seperate bedroom and living room. 2 massive wardrobes each with its own safe. Lots of hanging and drawer space. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with bath other with huge walk in shower. Twin sinks in both. Shampoo, shower, gel, tooth brushes, shower caps, mini manicure set. Small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Kettle and Coffee pod machine. Large lounge area with 2 sofa beds and big comfy chair. Sliding doors leading to terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 2 chairs. Terrace walks straight out to one of the pools. We were at the deeper end of the main pool but had steps that stretched across the width of the pool so very easy access especially for anyone with disabilities. I have MS and don’t swim so this was ideal as I could sit on steps when I needed to cool off. 2 tvs in bungalow, 1 in bedroom other in lounge. Very modern lcd panels to control lighting , air con in both rooms, telephone in bedroom and bathroom. Several swimming pools including very shallow baby paddling areas, small water park for kids. The only slight down side for us was the food. Being 5 star we thought there was room for improvement. We went 4 star last year and food was amazing and we were expecting same if not better here. Breakfast was very good, and lunch times we found quite a good selection. Snack bar was very good if you didn’t want to use buffet restaurant. Evening meals we tended to eat out as we like to try different places and have a good walk around. Food was sometimes only Luke warm which to be fair is not unusual for buffet style restaurants. There were 3 a la cartes , Green and grill, Greek taverna and Italian. Green and Grill I thoroughly enjoyed my fillet steak, hubby not impressed by over cooked tuna steak. Didn’t try the Greek or Italian. Italian wasn’t included in all inclusive but you get 20% off your bill and this was out on the main road. Drinks were adequate and pretty much what you expect from all inclusive. Frozen Strawberry Daquiri very good but again not part of the all inclusive but at 8 Euros price was pretty much the same as other restaurants and bars we went to. Not good if you arrive after 9.30pm and are starving hungry as we were. They put out soup and sandwiches but not very filling after long day travelling. If you go outside main hotel entrance and turn right there is a lovely 24 hour bakery which is well worth a visit. We bought tuna baguettes and got drinks from hotel bar and ate in our room at 11.00pm. Can’t comment on daytime entertainment/activities as there were none near the pool we used but evening enjoyment was not very good. OK for young kids but not so
