Best vacations ever! The pool was fantastic! The food at the bar was awesome! And also don’t forget to try halumi with honey. You will find it in breakfast. It’s a very modern hotel with high tech services and minimal designs. We are definitely visiting again next summer.

We have just recently stayed at the abacus suites for 3 nights with my family. On first arrival the place looked modern and stylish. Entering our rooms again looked modern and clean at first glance and spacious. Basic things that were not as described or ordered, no fresh fruit on arrival as promised. Kids beds were joined together rather than separated, barely any toiletries, no milk for tea/coffee and a dirty teaspoon left behind by previous guests which housekeeping clearly missed. Only two sets of slippers and robes when there’s 4 of us. Robes are torn and damaged. Took spoon to reception highlighted the missing items, receptionist wasn’t apologetic at all about either the spoon or the missed fruit basket in fact she argues it wasn’t included until I showed her in writing on the website that it was. She said she’d get them sorted for us. I also asked for an iron and board to use which was listed as available. We were given 2 extra robes then she came back with the iron and no board so she came back again with the board after I asked. No milk. No fruit basket. No clean teaspoons. Next day we were out for the day so we had breakfast at the hotel, the choice was limited but still plenty enough for a small place, you have hot choices like beans sausages bacon potato croquettes and 3 different varieties of eggs. Different breads and rolls. Yoghurts cereals fruits pastries. On our return different lady on reception (Sunday 27/08) much more helpful and polite that the first one she brought up spoons milk and water for the kettle and organised the fruit bowl. We had dinner in the restaurant that evening on the Sunday which was basically a last minute change to chefs night from bbq, we were expecting bbq night, but it turns out it was clear out day so the choices were pizza, nuggets, spring rolls, roast Turkey, fish stew, chips, pork in sauce, creamy chicken, rice and a variety of salads. The waiter charged us for 3 adults, when we are 2 adults 2 kids, my son didn’t eat much so he said he would let charge him like he was doing us a favour but he charged my daughter adult price, they are twins. On our booking it said 2 adults 2 kids so why he thought it ok to charge her adult price is beyond me. Although the end price works out the same he made out he was doing us a favour by not charging for my son. The lighting in the room is very dark. No mirror on the dressing table. Balcony chairs not as pictured, in fact they were hard and uncomfortable. Huge wall blocking half the view on the balcony, even though the view is main road full of traffic. No sea view. Broken pump on bathroom dispenser. Bins not emptied when room is cleaned, so not really cleaned, they come in and make the bed and change the towels and just dump clean towels in basket instead of rolling them up nice like on first arrival. The lady in the breakfast room with dark long hair is not very alert, our table only had 2 settings and the kids arrived she walked past them several times and
