Family trip Upgraded us on arrival not a lot for children to do moan about the towels and want a deposit of 10 euros per towel which seems silly

Great hotel,friendly staff,one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in,great location,5 minutes from the beach,10 minute bus ride to nissi beach,10 minutes to the main bars.food was really nice,lots of variety every night,bar drinks were very reasonable(cheaper than the bars surrounding the hotel) cocktails €5 to €6 euro and a pint of local beer(keo) €4.50,great atmosphere round the pool and although we didn’t stay for the night time entertainment,heard it was ok from other guests.grat stay and would definitely go back.

We stayed for 10 nights All inclusive at Nestor Hotel as a couple. I want to start by saying this wonderful hotel should be turned into an Adults only hotel, i will explain further down. To make things simple i will list pros and cons. Pros: Check in was smooth and easy. A lovely and warm welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious, excellent view from Room 441. Food was actually very good, something different every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I specifically liked the gammon and turkey. Very tasty. The Pool and hotel grounds themselves were outstanding, Always clean and the Bali style beds are defo worth doing a few times. Jacuzzi area was great too. Bar area is great with lots of options for All inclusive. The all inclusive food menu is good as well. The staff were all very good at their job and very friendly. Daytime Entertainment was fantastic. Billy and Iryna do a fantastic job, i mainly joined in with the darts which was fun. Iryna had a good laugh and always came over when she seen us around the hotel to chat. Cons: Nighttime entertainment was inconsistent. We soon realised this so we went out most nights so it didn’t really bother us but people we were speaking to felt the same way. Billy does an Elvis show on fridays which seems to be the best night. This hotel would be far better and more relaxing if it was an adults only hotel. The hotel vibe itself is very relaxed and chilled but there’s nothing worse when you are trying to chill than hearing screaming kids and parents shouting at them. The kids area didn’t look to be the best either. The staff do their best for the kids which is nice to see but i think with a few little upgrades Nestor would be a luxurious adults only hotel. Sticking with the adults only, I think an adults only area would work as well if adults only hotel would not be possible. Fantastic holiday and we will definitely return to this hotel. It is in a prime location and has everything you need. We did stay in August so maybe that’s why there was a number of loud kids around. Thank you for having us

Money stolen our from room, treated with disrespect by hotel staff - no resolution! Not sure why this hotel is rated so highly as we were extremely disappointed food is shocking poor quality & always cold unless you go in on the dot of dining hall opening time. No heaters keeping food warm, just cooked and then left to go cold. Breakfast was same everyday, again poor quality of food! Rotten fruits served up on a plate until someone ate, brought out over and over. We had a few meals where meat was undercooked and poor quality. We spent money eating else where! Would not recommend to anyone, we holidayed across the road at Atlantica sancta Napa a few years previously and it beat this hotel by miles, if your looking to stay in this area definitely take a look there! Don't waste your time giving your money to this hotel you’ll be treated like rubbish.

Very nice and kind personell! Romanian very most of them. :) They all talk very nice and provide your needs. The food is very good. Breakfast is the same every day, at lunch time is 8/10 and at dinner they have a different theme every day (Chinese, mexican, italian….). I enjoyed the spa very much. Rugile from the reception talks very nice and Daniela the maseur is very gentle! The Cretan Massage from aegeo spa… is like a dream!!!!!
