Would highly recommend this hotel. The food was amazing, especially the lunch and snack menu. I'm on a mission to find Feta cheese as nice in England. Georgi and Costas really work their socks off and stood out from the rest of the staff. Rooms were very spacious and clean, the cleaners very friendly and thorough. Air con great and very quiet. The hotel was a good mix of ages and no issues with anyone being loud. Good location just 5min walk from the main *****. Bus stand just outside the hotel 1.50 along to Nissi beach and bus service approx every 10mins.

DO NOT stay here. Worst experience of my life. NEVER go with a child. Glass in my 5 year olds foot 3 times during this 10 day stay. Third day at 6pm the floor was so wet from being mopped my son slipped down the step and sliced his back, the cleaner and the woman at reception didn’t even ask if he was ok and he was screaming with pain. No medical or accident form filled out or anything. First day we got here we arrived at 1am, the room had no bed for my son. A double bed and that was it, it was amended in the morning for three single beds. Had no towels one of the days. Balcony has NOT been cleaned once during our stay, had to empty our own ashtray. Pool is constantly warm and I’ve never seen it be cleaned whilst being here. Nothing at all to do for children. It’s honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

Very, very friendly staff who made the experience better! Hotel itself is very nice, food is great, rooms are great, location is great. 10/10 for me & would recommend to anyone. Also I have to give a shout-out to the bar man Nick - he is a legend. Literally zero complaints with this place.

This hotel is fab and well situated, despite being on a small hill. The staff were really accommodating, rooms were clean and well equipped. Cocktails and food were a clear 10/10. My only negative which is minor is the facilities for showering when leaving. Shower lights are motion sensored and kept turning off, so I showered in the dark. there are no electric sockets or mirrors in the shower facility or an area to get dried and to get ready with which is females require. This is definitely an area the hotel could look at.

Amazing hotel with very helpful and hospitable staff. Special thanks to Anetta who not only was always smiling and welcoming, but also super kind to our kids and happy to share advice as where to go and what to do. I loved the option to choose between lunch and dinner on HB. The rooms are being cleaned every day including fresh towels and floor mopping. The receptionist helped us to book a taxi from and to the airport. We totally loved the experience and I highly recommend the hotel and their hardworking friendly staff.

Tasia Maris Oasis in Ayia Napa has a perfect location, good rooms and facilities. A special thank you to Nick the bartender – his cocktails were amazing, and he was so friendly and nice! We got Nick to sign our hats with his signature cocktails

Never had such a bad experience. As we got to the hotel at 2am we were greeted by the male receptionist, who was not only unwelcoming but also seemed to have no hospitality skills. He pointed us to our room, did not offer to walk us or take our luggage. As we got to the room things got ten times worse. The fridge had leaked all over the floor, the room stunk of drains, there was mold and bogeys on the walls and stains everywhere. To make matters worse when we checked the mattresses they were stained with blood and had MAGGOTS ON THE MATTRESS. Considering we spent £880 each for a bed and breakfast for a week we are seriously appalled. Do not stay here!
