Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel

This hotel has so much potential but where do I start… the rooms are absolutely lovely, of high standard however there is black mould and yellow grout in the bathrooms, brown stains around the toilet. The spa is not included in your stay and actually they refused to turn the lights on for the indoor pool… let alone the jacuzzi or fountain. When asked they said they are trying to save money and will not turn the lights on. They charge 10 euros for 45 minutes to use the sauna which is kept behind a staff only door. You can’t spread your time across multiple sessions. When trying to speak to the manager about the indoor pool they basically fobbed us off saying that she is about to go in a meeting, she couldn’t even tell us this herself we got pushed to the side and told to come back in an hour. Normally you would expect them to come to your room to speak to you instead of acting like we are employees it’s embarrassing. The maids come into your room multiple times without your permission one literally opened the door and came into our bathroom with no explanation. Not to mention they are constantly opening the door 3/4 times a day, almost to pressure us to leave and not use their electricity. They keep tap water in a glass bottle instead of just providing bottled water. The food is nice. It just feels like they are trying to do everything on the cheap whilst presenting as a four star hotel. It’s slightly disappointing.

The most wonderful stay as always! We come back to this hotel twice a year, every year, as we love it so much! It is ideal for everyone, families and couples ! And in such an ideal location! The baby pool is perfect for our little boy and the large pool is the most perfect size, even to have a lovely swim! The food is delicious with such a wide selection available! And now with a wonderful new addition, ‘The Luna Bar!’ It really is the most perfect place to stay! Thank you so much to Petros and family for making our stay as wonderful as always! We will be back soon!

hotel was a nice experience. staff were always helpful, in terms of tips and different experiences on the island. rooms were clean and nice. daily cleaned. breakfast was good and good selection of different choices of food. pool was clean and nice with bar. location of the hotel was perfect. 5 min walking to bech or to the center of aya napa. Bus stop is 100 meters from hotel so you can get to other beaches. supermarket is 20 meters from hotel. in the evening there is a nice bar in the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel . My wife and I spent a week at this wonderful hotel, one of the best hotels we have visited (and we have travelled quite a bit). From the start of our stay until the very end all the staff were warm, friendly, helpful, welcoming and very professional. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and we were provided with some refreshments in the fridge; this was such a kind gesture. Our room was really nice and the hotel was very clean. The staff were really accommodating and gifted in hospitality. We ate at the hotel every night and were spoilt for choices for dishes from their al a carte menu; nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Not only is this a lovely hotel, but it only 4 minutes-walk away from a beautiful beach and about a 7 -walk into the main town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have recommended it to family and friends. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Cyprus. We found the staff very friendly and attentive, the room nice and clean, superb outside swimming pool also with kids pool as we had our granddaughter with us, food to a high standard and the location ideal for families as not right in the centre which was ideal for us we would highly recommend staying here and we will use again 5 Stars 👍

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 10 wonderful days. We wanted a quiet place, suited for our daughter in a wheelchair. Petros and the staff were amazing and hotel was clean and comfortable in all aspects. It was situated quite close to the center and the beach. We will definitely recommend Hotel Gaia Blue N Boutique in Aya Napa!
