Very nice hotel with spacious parking lots. Staff also very freindly

The check in process kind of late. I have to wait around 15 min infront of the desk just to get entertain by the receptionist. No further guidance from the receptionist regarding the location of the breakfast that i purchased together after i obtained my key. The room i got was decent with a pool view. But the aircond was not fully functional. Its not cold enough even though the temp was set to the fullest. The cleanliness of the room is bearable & I even dont get extra towel and fridge in my room. Also, the light control is horrible. I can’t choose to turn off lighting in the designated area even though the control is there. In the end i just turn off all the lights to cater my sleep. The toilet was spacious but with no floor mat, making it dangerous to the children accidentally trip and fall due to slippery floor. The breakfast buffet is just above my expectations to me. Not many choices you can choose from. Overall the hotel location and parking was ok.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance from Masjid and nearby shops. Huge spacious room. Love the carpet. Nice staff en Hakim. Will come back again.

Spacious room but a bit smelly.. There was no facial tissue, laundry bag n iron provided.. Overall is good.. Very classic n unique with Malacca traditional decorations such as tangga batu upon entrance..

Clean and spacious. Water pressure a bit low. Breakfast was good even though choices were limited. Good location for food lovers

First time check in Otel kt sini..bilik xsejuk..tuko bilik 252 masalah mangkok tandas kotor sinki bocor..penyambut tetamu lambat jawap bila col..MMG pertama dan terakhir rasanya menginap disini...harga tak sama dgn rupa..

Good location for my full marathon race (Melaka International Marathon). Room is very good size. But should have shower screen for the bath tub.

I just stay for 1 night & got friendly staff to entertaint me..room is bigger but the is no hair dryer..no fridge inside my room By 4pm still got dirty things i front of my room..3pm still my room not ready to check in Breakfast also is not good than before..i enjoy my stay at mudzaffar but i think will book another hotel next time

Sangat recommended! Staff semua friendly. Siap dapat welcome drink lagi, sedappp! Pergi time weekdays best boleh puas mandi kat pool. Tapi walaupun takda orang, staff still ada jaga pool. Makanan sarapan banyak varieties cuma slack sup dia sejuk, sup kalau panas dah mantappp! At first ada problem keetle patah dgn peti ais takda tapi laju je staff datang hantar. Apa pun sangat sesuai untuk family vacay and thankyou Trip.com sebab service bagus

Check -in process was a bit slow . Spacious room, near to the food places. Buffet spread was average.

Hotel location is good and near Ayer Keroh town.Room was spacious but lights were a bit dim.Requested for table lamp and hotel immediately provided.Overall hotel is nice and will consider for next trip to Ayer Keroh.

Hotel location is quite good. But the service and rooms maintenance is terrible, even worst than budget hotel. Not recommended at all..

The locations is at the centre of MITC with a lot of amenities eg. Mosque, government office,GLC etc. Room is spacious with Bathtub.

I stayed for work purposes. Had troubled during checked in as the receptionist said that my booking wasn't in the system. It took almost 30 minutes for me to check in. Other than that, everything was okay.
