I was liking the room, it was good. It was quiet at night. I really like the toilet tho, they chose black for the toilet’s color is good, cause you will not see any black stains on the walls. Overall was a good room, gonna comeback and maybe bring my family for the next trip.

The location is strategic for couple but for family with children quite far walking to find place to eat. But the hotel is so beautiful & clean. Near the famous the george hotel. Have to take pictures there. Beside have a small mosque.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few areas for improvement. Room cleaning was a bit slow—by around 3 PM, it still wasn’t done. The air conditioner had a minor water leakage issue, though it was manageable. Despite being on the 4th floor, the room had ants, which was unexpected. The breakfast menu could use more variety as it was almost the same every day.
The location is convenient, being near Chulia Street and KOMTAR, but I recommend avoiding walking alone at night as there are some homeless individuals sleeping along the walkways nearby.

It’s a cheap and compact hotel. Service wise weren’t bad at all. Check in were fast and easy. Yet it provide breakfast, the perks of booking this hotel. Great location too!

We stay here for three (3) night. I think the room a bit small but there is perfect location closeby penang land mark. Good service and very clean.

Although it was a little small, the room smelled nice and was quite quiet. However, the blanket, bedsheet, and room wall are all unclean. The site is in a good location, close to Chulia Street, and accessible by foot.

There are ants at the bed and bedroom like a lot. For bathroom the water (hot) is unstable. It’s in nice location and the staff is nice.
