Our 3-day, 2-night family stay at Straits Garden Hotel was wonderful! The environment was welcoming, clean, and well-kept, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a family getaway. Okay lah at that price. Perhaps improvement on the "hotel services" like bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar - as you sell at the name of hotel. Other than that is okay, we may back in the future if the price maybe downgrade sikit

I really enjoy my stay at this unit. The owner very friendly, responsive and give clear explanation about the house rules etc. Location is quite startegic. Near food stall, near mini market. Easily to find grab. The unit is very clean, neat, and comfortable.

Very cozy and korean style apartment. Cleanliness at top and the owner was very thoughtful to provide the small details such as washing machine powder and liduid kitchen washer. Look forward to book again if in the area👍

Very cozy room and fit for family travel. All beds and mattresses are so comfortable. The owner is 24 hour contactable and very supportive.

Excellent homestay. Great service!
The room was tidy, clean, and had the amenities we needed.
The incharge person were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. He had shown me everything in photos & video clearly.
The location is great. There is a night market on every Friday at only 7min walking distance.
I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

We are satisfied with the accommodation. The facilities are good enough.. cooking utensils are provided too. The owner also provided an extra mattress for us too.. that's great.. The distance to attractive places is just nearby. Dun forget your food hunting in Penang. There are a lot of OOTD spots for you to go and enjoy too. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay here. Will come again one day..
