Pro: - the rooms are spacy. - quick access to the slope. Con: - the room smelt weird. - I was expecting a queen or double size bed. End up with two single put side by side. - the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and flat. - WARNING: they have a bar in the building so on the weekend they blast the music. We were staying on the 6th floor and the bar is on the 4th. Felt like they were blasting the music in the room next door until 2 am. Couldn’t get any sleep until after 2 - breakfast starts at 7:30, when it really needs to should start a 7am, considering the fact that slopes open at 8am. All in all will never go back

Personnel très accueillant, souriant. Chambre et literie très agréable avec joli balcon et belle vue. Au calme. Nous avions la demi pension. Repas délicieux, un chef qui vient saluer les tables. Déjeuner le matin au top. Vraiment un séjour parfait

Cet établissement est à déconseiller ! Dans les couloirs, il y a l'odeur de cigarettes, nous nous sommes retrouver dans un appartement privé dont le 90% des placards sont verrouillés par les propriétaires. 4 verres à disposition dépareillés. Un mobilier des années 70 dont le nettoyage date de la même année. Une salle de bain sale. Un lit bricolé avec des supports en plastique qui tient le sommier et qui ont lâché durant notre sommeil. Un sol également sale. Une température fixe de 25 degrés. Une discothèque dans l'établissement donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car trop de bruit à l'extérieur et pour couronné le tout, un propriétaire désagréable. Nous avons payé 316 CHF pour 2 adultes 2 enfants pour une soit disant suite supérieur sans déjeuner ni parking. Fuyez !

Une « suite » familiale où tout est vétuste, un mobilier des années 70, une très mauvaise literie, des placards à moitié bloqués par les propriétaires pour leurs affaires personnelles, c’est sale et très mal entretenu. Pour un « resort » et pour 2000.- la semaine, nous nous attendions à franchement mieux ! On nous avait également vendu le pied des pistes, mais la situation est elle que vous devez prendre le bus ou réserver un casier près des œufs car vous serez exténués et vos enfants aussi ! Un restaurant cependant excellent et cosy avec une équipe aux petits soins. Malgré cela je ne ne recommande pas du tout.

Très bel hôtel, bien place. Dommage que la gérante est sympathique seulement quand tout va bien ... Nous venions avec l'offre Applipass qui offrait en plus un accès illimité que aux bains et Spa d'Anzère, ce qui n'est finalement pas le cas. La gérante n'entre pas en discussion et nous dit de gérer ça directement avec l'Applipass, que ce n'est pas son problème. Bières ouvertes qui trainait dans le frigo et gobelet de cigarettes sur le pas de la porte fenêtre, dommage. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Chef au top... La chasse magnifique excellemment bon. Bravoooo en plus tout le personnel est au top. Emplacement tout tout prêt du centre du village. Pour avoir fait plusieurs chambres c'est selon certaines sont tops d'autres moins mais hormis cela tout est OK à recommander
