This is a hotel where I stayed for 2 nights during my business visit. I would like to state that it does not deserve any complaints about cleanliness, but the reception, which is the showcase of a hotel, is insufficient. Asking people questions whether they will continue to stay at 8 in the morning seemed interesting to me. The incompetence that I cannot find in this hotel concept is the reception staff.
