They are closed for renovation‼️‼️‼️
They will not refund your money, they will act dumb and claim they never got no reservation, they never got no money, even tho i showed them my reservation on the phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM‼️

Suite rooms are very well located, just in front of the main spuare, where most of the town festivities occur.

While the location and overall infrastructure was OK, this hotel doesn't function as such. It could be a great site as the it might have been the case in the past but today, it lacks care. Additionally, the nice staff requires training urgently. BTW, I've just known that DM is a hostel for professors. In fact, DM is the acronym of (Derrama Magisterial), which means that professors of Peru get fair deals in terms of fares. For the rest of us, not only we'll be overcharged but we'll be unfortunately surprised by the lack of attention to the basic details such a beautiful infrastructure requires. Hope they change the directives because the astonishing beauty of Ayacucho requires investment and other approach.

Wonderful breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Only thing, the electrical outlets need to be upgraded, we couldn't keep phone chargers plugged, nor the lamp.

The hotel staff is very attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms is important. The restaurant's food is excellent. Regarding the parking garage, we recommend better communication between the front desk and the parking attendants so they can facilitate the opening of the gate and the ramp.

La señorita que nos atendió quiso hacer un cargo excesivo por concepto de impuestos no estipulados en la aplicación, lo cual nos impidió realizar el check in en hotel, hasta llegó a recomendarnos irnos a otro hotel en vez de dar una solución adecuada

Tengo muchos años de experiencia como docente y es primera vez que puedo disfrutar de los hoteles de la Derrama. Mi estadía en Ayacucho, hospedada en DM Hoteles, ha sido muy cómoda, segura y de mucha tranquilidad. Lo único que no tuve y que ya dejé la información fue el acceso a internet, no tuve acceso ni un solo día, esto no me agradó. Todo lo demás fue muy bonito. Espero que mi comentario sea para mejorar mucho más.

Tiene una vista muy privilegiada, nos quedamos rn una suite con vista a la plaza principal, la habitación muy cómoda, sin embargo; requiere mantenimiento, encontramos fugas en las tuberías, el frigobar malogrado, la tapa del water rota y una de las lamparas malograda. La limpieza no fue la mejor, pero la vista maravillosa hizo que nos olvidemos un poco de los inconvenientes. Nos quedamos 5 días y 4 noches.

Un local muy bien ubicado pero debe modernizar todo, es una lastima que desperdicien tanta infraestructura. los muebles estan viejos se nota que todo es de epocas pasadas de moda por lo menos deberian ir arreglando de a pocos cuarto por cuarto
