I don’t know why people complain about the internet… this is Perú (I’m Peruvian) the internet isn’t always reliable… go complain to Claro. With that said, I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and always had hot water. The hotel is a few blocks from the Plaza the Armas, and felt safe walking back at night (I’m a female & at times hanging solo). The buffet was perfect— a variety of fresh food to choose from, and the coffee hit the spot. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Yes, it’s noisy, but unless you stay up in a mountain, it will be noisy everywhere— get ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again.

After years of wanting to get to Ayacucho, we finally made it for a trip in late April 2022. Not a lot of options for hotels in Ayacucho, but we chose Altipacha for the good ratings and better marks for service than other basic-looking properties. We're glad we did! The rooms themselves are quite nice and were much more modern than expected. Due to low hotel occupancy, the breakfast was a la carte but had tons of options. Staff dealing went out of their way to help us have a good stay (especially compared to many other hotels in Andean cities). Our restaurant server, Minsef?, was especially attentive and helpful. What a great experience -- we would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for the best option in Ayacucho.

El hotel es limpio, la señorita que atiende en el comedor es muy amable y servicial Elegimos este hotel porque tiene estacionamiento y en ese aspecto todo bien, la cochera esta en la calle de al lado pero llamas y abren rapido la puerta Lo bueno: No senti mucha bulla, Habitacion calida, Comida rica, El hotel limpio Lo no tan bueno: La zona no es muy bonita porque esta el mercado y alrededores hay basura pero es por partes Por lo demas si volveria, venden tambien artesanias muy bonitas

La experiencia estuvo bien, la ubicación no es la mejor. Las señoritas de recepción deberían henry orientación de servicio, recibimos trato hostil que no agradó. En cuanto a la atención del personal de servicio (muy atento). Sugiero mejorar el desayuno buffet ya qué es demasiado básico.

Un lindo hotel, el.desayuno buffet es lo máximo variado y riquisimo, habitaciones super comodas, céntrico precio y calidad de la mano , ai que podrían bajar el precio pero bien su sala de espera sería bueno q sea más amplia y comoda pero después de ello todo bien

El Hotel de buena presentación interna Estuve en la habitación con hidromasaje, algo calurosa para mi gusto. Debería tener ventiladores. El Desayuno Buffet muy bueno El personal muy amable El Hotel muy limpio El servicio a la habitación con comida preparada en el hotel muy bueno Esta hubicado a unas 6 cuadras de la plaza principal.
