Kate was very hospitable and chatty. We were greeted with a hot drink on arrival. Excellent breakfast and service. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Excellent Stay, Great Service
Beautiful farmhouse and location, we had everything we needed and Kate was super friendly and makes an excellent breakfast.

Great farmhouse break
Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home.

A relaxed, welcoming stay with a host who has a great sense of humour and makes you feel at home. This bed and breakfast is ideal for those who have always wanted to stay in a cottage in the country. My wife and I enjoyed the peaceful location close to Axmouth and Seaton. We would definitely book again, this time with our children.

Perfect
One of my favourite places we have stayed at. Not even close to a shiny, soulless chain hotel. It is on another level.
Parts of it are 700 years old, so it is eclectic throughout.
Wonderfully odd layout of our room, with everything you could need, including books in the loo. Bliss.
Kate is my perfect host. Just like visiting your favourite aunt, and she treats you the same. Lovely lady, nothing too much trouble, always at hand. Wi-Fi worked fine, despite the farm being pretty isolated, which we liked.
Comfy bed, great breakfast choice… 10/10.

We loved our stay. Our little dog made friends with Kate's (even though ours is a little pickle, he made himself *right* at home!) Breakfast was amazing, children raved about it for the rest of the day. Kate was kind and helpful, setting is beautiful. Only disappointment is we didn't find Kate's b and b years ago.
