This is a really wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable. We were in room 8 which has a separate entrance directly from the car park and which was exceptionally comfortable with a super king bed made from 2 singles, a very well stocked hot drinks station, a mini fridge for our use, a comfy settee and a great shower room. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had with a wide choice of cooked items, home made bread and conserves all made by Graham - our host- and lovely fresh coffee as well as fresh fruit, granolas and yoghurts. The guest lounge with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate was especially welcome as we could spend time there with the friends with whom we travelled. Lunch at The Lamb in Axbridge was marvellous and dinner at The New Inn right across the road from The Old Manor was equally good. On top of this Axbridge is a beautiful little place, we especially loved the walk around the reservoir and the village history trail.
