Pros
- customer service -＞ from start (the shuttle driver) until we leave, they were great and treated us well. They were polite and kind. 5 🌟
- breakfast -＞ they have a lot of varieties. I love their omlete, pancake, and juices (they had 6 varieties). Their Firfir also tastes 👌. The only thing I didn't like was their cakes.
- Quick maintenance -＞ when I call them to get something fixed or need something, they were fast to respond.
Cons
- No AC in our room -＞ there was no AC in our room, and the room was hot. But the fan they provided helped a little bit.
- toilet -＞ it works but we had to call maintenance twice to fix it.
- The replaced tea cups the 2nd day were dirty.
-Suggestion
-＞ Implement AC or put an overhead fan.

recently i stayed at lwei resort for 5 days. Except all managements everything was spectacular. The So called management's are clueless...its better to deal with the staffs. They mad our stay a living hell. The furniture are very old. the rooms have never been maintained, hot shower problem....it take ages for the room service to respond

Had the worst weekend due to the unprofessionalism of the room service(as the waiter and waitress has no clue about the menu and makes you wait utilise half an hour for a simple traditional coffee), The managements is clueless as they let a wedding to play a loud music next to the lake view rooms on tbe weekends. They are RUDE!!! I wouldn't recommende this place

DO NOT GO THERE DURING WEDDING SEASON. NO PRIVACY, MUSIC IS LOUD AS THE VENUE IS NEXT TO THE ROOMS. THE MANAGEMENT AND THE OWNERS ARE ONLY AFTER MONEY NOT COSTOMERS SATSFACTION. ROOM SERVICE IS THE WOREST.Never recommend this resort and do not use it

Guys I was here to stay for 2 days, although I extended my stay for another 2 days. I had a very pleasant ☺️ moment at Lewi. The views and the people I met are very respectful and humble. The food and beverage are magnificent and most specifically the fruit are very fresh and unforgettable test. I defiantly come back soon.

Maybe it has been something like a resort in the 90's. The rooms need a serious design refresh, and an upgraded repair for all the facilities ( from the electric kettle to the sink siphon). There is too many staff in the restaurant room, it looks like they are a little bit jobless and kid of jump on you when you step in. The ground floor is build at the same level as the lake, so when it's overflowing after rain season, the resort has to pump all day long to re pour the water into the lake (rooms with view on the lake are noisy because of the pomp, all night long either). The swimming pool is quite OK from the outside, but you will find little tiles which come off from the bottom. But the masterpiece of this resort is one of the guy at the welcoming desk, that openly stole us 300 birrs in cash, pretending that it was lacking from the rooms fee we just paid (cash, in front of him). So one advise: go your way and have a nice time in Haile resort if you look for a real one.

This resort does not even qualify as a resort. While I was there does not even have water for a shower. It is a resort in which you will take a shower with a bucket. If there is a wedding in the resort it is very noisy. The hotel service is very poor, the wifi connection is poor, with no variety of food and it is cold.
