Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Nice customer service we ever got! The food is great, everyone was friendly. Highly recommend it to go with group, business, solo or couple. The pool is cold to room temperature for people who like warm water better consider to swim during midday, rest is exceptional.

The overall service is very good. The waitress is very good and have welcoming faces . The only thing I would like to improve is the internet connections to be more available because there are people with business program and needs un interrupted connections.

I felt welcomed and at home through out my stay. The waitress, chefs, the people at the spa and the house keeping...almost the whole team were so friendly, supportive and caring, making sure everything is in order. The spacious room, the beautiful view to lake Hawassa and the delicious food served made my experience unique and unforgettable. This is a hotel i would like to come back again to with my family. Thanks to the team for making us feel at home and taking care of us!

am women tour guide went to haile resort awassa with group of seventeen Americans. Perfect service good food nice view. Friendly kind staff unconditional open buffet breakfast fast I really recommend this place Spicaly thanks to Coffee Lady Mekedes Receptionist Margaret FB managers yebelu and all other staff

Just as in the Other Haile Hotels, Haile resort Hawassa didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive, the food was amazing, the lake view is Fantastic! The meeting halls are very tidy and well ventilated. A very peaceful and serene resort. I will definitely bring my family here to enjoy very soon .... As I was here for a work conference. Bravo team Haile Hawassa. Keep up the great work you are doing.
