Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

We have stayed many places in Hawassa, but this is our favorite by far. The facilities are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. The grounds are just gorgeous. And the warm and professional hospitality cannot be beat.

The customer service is extremely friendly and helpful, view is breathtaking, you really have to see it to believe it! The bar and coffee bar are great, Highly recommend this experience. There is a hippo in the lake outside who is amazing! The view of the lake and the grounds are gorgeous. The restaurant has a wider variety of food than most hotels in the area.

Best hotel service in Ethiopia!! Haile Resort has the warmest hospitality service. Plus the breakfast buffet has so many options including healthy options and is fingure-licking. The pool is perfect place to chill in the afternoon with a very relaxing mood for the whole family.

This is the hotel I used for my trip to Awasa. There is a swimming pool and a lake right in front of the hotel, so I can see hippos. And I liked it because there was a lake right away. Also, the sunset was wonderful in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and the condition of the room was very good. I recommend this hotel.

Nice customer service we ever got! The food is great, everyone was friendly. Highly recommend it to go with group, business, solo or couple. The pool is cold to room temperature for people who like warm water better consider to swim during midday, rest is exceptional.

The overall service is very good. The waitress is very good and have welcoming faces . The only thing I would like to improve is the internet connections to be more available because there are people with business program and needs un interrupted connections.
