This is by far the best stay I had at igatpuri. Reasons- 1. Courteous staff 2 Large, lavish, well maintained and clean suites with good furniture. 3. Entire property is well maintained and clean. 4. If at all you get bored by staying in rooms, which is highly unlikely, you can take a stroll inside its large campus. 5. Restaurant is large, good and serving sumptuous food. 6 Ample car park. 7. Amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse are well maintained. 8. Though I didn't explore, there are other amenities like - massage, sauna, magic show, clay pottery making for kids. 9. Rooms are super cozy with prompt room service. 10. Easily accessible. Right next to highway. Would recommend anyday to anyone. Would have given 10 stars if there was an option.

We booked room here but our experience here is pathetic Rooms are pathetic with out dated furniture No security Dirty swimming pools zero hygiene, no ventilation in rooms. Curtains are full of dusts Sofa carpets blankets are full of dust and fungus seems they don’t clean or wash it daily Rooms bed sheets are covered with fungus and dust Ground floor windows don’t have locks from inside No cleaning of rooms and bedsheets Not safe for children as dogs are roaming in hotel area

We stayed in the 2 bhk penthouse. The property is a bit dated and can do with better maintenance. Cleanliness was ok, the rooms were a bit dusty though. Food at the restaurant was below par. Dosa / egg live counters and hot Indian breakfast was better than the other items on the buffet. Overall service could have been better, especially from the management.

While the Mystic Valle Spa Resort in Igatpuri offered a spacious Premium Suite with a Living Room for our family of four during our three-night stay in November 2023, our experience was marred by various disappointments. Despite the promising description, the room felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and non-functional amenities like the Mini Fridge, Water Heater, Wifi, and Air Conditioner. The recreational facilities for kids, including the play area and gaming room, were either outdated or not operational. Our attempt to enjoy the unlimited buffet for dinner came with a hefty price tag of 699/per head + taxes, but the taste and quality of the food didn't live up to expectations. However, the silver lining amid these disappointments was the breakfast offerings, which were satisfying, and the attentive and helpful staff members who tried to assist despite the setbacks. Despite paying a significant sum of close to 28k (including taxes) for our stay for 3 nights, I couldn't help but feel that the experience did not justify the expense. Although Igatpuri is a stunning location worth revisiting, I will be more discerning in selecting accommodations, ensuring a better match for our preferences and expectations than the Mystic Valle Spa Resort.

Mystic Valley Spa Resort is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the spa treatments are top-notch. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a getaway.。。。。。。

I visited this place in 2017. The rooms were at its best. However during my visit this time, the property interiors have deteriorated. The tiles in bathroom have cracked, furniture has gone through a lot of wear and tear, the lift wasnt working most of the times. I was alloted Orchid, changed room 2times as 1st time I didnt get a bath tub, 2nd time no Wifi. The kids swimming pool was messy. The bath tub was cracked. What I value here is the weather, the quality air in the vicinity as well as the breakfast. Food was good. Staff in restaurant was accommodating and welcoming. There were spa faculties a bit expensive. Play area for kids,magic show.

Very good resort. Greenery all around. Rooms are good and big. Provided room pool sode, which had a good view of pool and garden. Breakfast and dinner buffett was great with lots of choices of veg and nin veg. Enjoyed there DJ night which was good to burn some calories afterbeating yummy food. Nice place in igatpuri. Highly recommend.

It's a nice place at igatpuri specially at weekends. Staff are warm and good and I highly recommend this resort. The rooms are quite old but clean and spacious which is the demand now adays. Food was excellent with life performance on music specially on weekend. Tourist attractions are nearby. Game zone and swimming pool is available for kids. Overall good place to spend couple of days.
