Deliberately rushed from Kobe to Awaji Island and stayed in the recommended hotel for classmates. The hotel is fully equipped with five or six pools in the hot springs and five or six people in the Japanese-style rooms. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the sunrise was not seen the next day. I didn't book the dinner at the hotel. I don't know how to compare the price. There aren't any good restaurants nearby, and basically I can only eat if I drive. There is a big gap with the psychological expectation. If you have the chance to come to the island to watch the sunrise, you will consider staying. The problem is that you don't want to come to this island...

The new hotel has a very good sanitary environment. It is next to the beach and you can see the sunrise in the morning. There are few restaurants nearby and the supermarket takes about 10 minutes to walk to. It is suitable for self-driving tours and the hotel is very cost-effective

The hotel has a good environment, close to the seaside, and there is a direct bus to the hotel from Kobe Sannomiya Station. The rooms are relatively spacious, bright and comfortable. This Nikko Hotel was formerly the Westin Hotel, so it has the style of an international hotel. The waiters are all warm and friendly. After staying in Okura in Kobe, I feel more friendly when staying here. There is a passage to the Church of the Sea on the second floor of the hotel, and the entire hotel is part of the Dream Stage. Breakfast is also good, Japanese style with mentaiko.

Incomparably beautiful scenery! Comfortable and clean room! Authentic and delicious meal! Kind and kind boss! It is a hotel that our whole family agrees that the five-star hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka are not comparable. Big 👍, the time I spent this time is too short, I plan to stay again next year, and have a few days of leisure!

Iisabelle d 2020.02.17
This ryokan is located in front of the Osaka Bay in the small bourgeoisie of Kada, 100 mts from the very beautiful sanctuary of Awashima-Jinja and 400 mts from the shipper for Tomogashima. A ship is made available by ryokan to travel to Kada station (Nankai line) to go and come to Wakayama city. The Japanese style rooms (tatamis on the ground, futons and hyper moulded couettes) are very spacious with a loggia with a XLL view of the sea and the Tomogashima and Jinoshima islands, especially for the sea side rooms. The dinner and breakfast, as well as the Japanese as it is due in a ryokan (traditional Japanese hostel), are a real pleasure for eyes and papillae. The service is courteous and careful, the charm of the atmosphere slightly over the year of the places operates. And of course, the onsen (Japanese public bath with hot source) indispensable for any person staying in the hotel is great with impressive view of the sea !!! It is a budget, but the situation, quality of service, the map proposed and the sense of investment is justified.

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover, driving from Awaji to Shikoku. It's an onsen hotel with both Western-style beds and tatami as bedding options. There is a large carpark space behind the hotel. Breakfast provided was Japanese-style and adequate, with options for rice/porridge, juice and coffee. There are limited options for food around, and had to go into Naruto City for dinner. It was a short drive of about 10 minutes to the boats going out to the whirlpools, and 5 minutes to the Otsuka Museum of Art.

AAnonymous UserAuberge in the forest. The facilities are clean and the hospitality of the employees is comparable to that of a first-class hotel. The food tastes good and quantity is good, and I am convinced that it goes well with the wine paired by the sommelier. Alcohol in the room is free and amenities are carefully selected. I was able to spend a relaxing and elegant time.

GGuest UserReally a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile. We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes. Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room. Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try. If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you. The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

GGuest UserThe building, designed to imitate a passenger ship, looks good on the hill. It's a little over 600m straight from the Nojima Fault Preservation Museum in Hokudan Earthquake Memorial Park, and it's a little far from the fault line, but it's easy to imagine that it must have had a considerable impact. It's probably quite old, but it's fun once you get used to it. The ship faces north, and the deck (5th floor) is a large public bath. The aft ship (passenger) cabins on the 2nd to 4th floors are lined up on the port sea side with a capacity of 4 people each. Circular windows are lined up vertically between the front and the front, but this is a rare single Western-style room, and it seems that there is a room for two people next to it. The accommodation plan with 2 meals seems to be more than the price, but for breakfast, except for hot vegetable hot pot and basic dishes, I go to the buffet style to get it with drinks. Perhaps because it wasn't fully booked, or because we spread out the time slots, we were able to enjoy a variety of dishes at just the right pace. Wouldn't it be nice if the air conditioning, ventilation, and outlets in the room were new?

MMeowVanThe hotel is located close to the Awaji Yumebutai, which is convenient if you want to see that attraction. There’s only another hotel new available when I visited, and it was more expensive, so we chose this one based on the price and location. It’s in a very chill neighbourhood and there were no tourists there. The staff did not speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate. There was little service rendered and we were told to set up the futon ourselves. There was no shower in our room and we had to use a public shower, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the room was clean and decent. Although it is quite a dated hotel, the view from its rooms are quite amazing. The food is also above average and worth trying.
