Yalıhanda bu sene 2. Kez konakladık. Gecen sene eski haliyle de çok sevmiştik zaten ama bu seneki bohem tarzı ile güzel bir hava yakalamış. Genel olarak memnun olduğum yönler ile başlamak istiyorum. Sahili denizi çok güzel. Denizde havlu hizmeti var. Ayrıca sahilde günün bazı saatleri karpuz dağıtıyorlar bu güzel olmuş.Havuz yanı şezlonglara paralı beach tarzı yerlerde bulunan yatak şezlonglar eklenmiş ayrıca havuz içinden güneşlenmek için ekstra şezlonglar konulmuş. Havuz bar gece 12 ye kadar açık. Haftada 3-4 gün canlı müzik oluyor. Alkoller markalı. Güzel kokteyller hazırlıyorlar.Havuz bardaki Simge Hanım,Enes, Onur, Mahmut Beye ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.Gün boyunca dondurma alabiliyorsunuz Algida kullanılıyor. Yemekler çeşitlenmiş daha da güzelleşmiş ayrıca snack bar efsane olmuş kesinlikle üst düzeyler. Mesela kendilerine has han burger efsane çoğu burgercide bulamazsınız. Gözlemeler çok güzeldi.Pastane bölümünde pastalar güzel tatlı tuzlu atıştırmalıklar çeşit çeşit ve lezzetli. Genel olarak sessiz huzurlu dinlenmek için ve çok hareketli bir tatil olmasın diyenler için çok güzel. Yine gelmeyi düşünüyorum. Biraz da olumsuz yönlerinden bahsedeyim. Girişte ilgisi az bir resepsiyon ile karşılaştık bu sene. Neyse diyerek devam ettik sabah havuz başında yataklı şezlonglara 6 itibariyle havlu koyuluyor ve hemen doluyor. Kahvaltı 8-10 arası geç kahvaltı 10-10.30 arası lakin 10 da bi aksiyon başlıyor restoranda. Ürünler eksiltiliyor omlet yapan arkadaş bırakıyor gidiyor. Yani bu segmente gelmiş bir otel nasıl olur da 30 dkyı kar etmeye çalışır anlamadım. Mesela pasta bölümü 22.00 da kapanıyor ama pastalar 17.30 da kaldırıyorlar bu da çok saçma geldi bana sadece içecek veriyorlar. Otel gelişmiş bazı konularda zihinler daralmış diyebilirim Restoranda yemek zamanı personel yetişemiyor az sayıda personel hizmet veriyordu. Otelde çocuklara yönelik hiç bir hizmet yok kaydırak vardı havuzda o kalkmış mini club kapanmış sanırım +16 oteline dönülecek tadilattan sonra bu yönde bir çalışma olmamış çünkü. I was on vacation in this hotel from October 9 to October 16, 2023. The food was very good, the location was great - the beach was right next to the sea, which is a big plus. What impressed me most was the staff working at this hotel. Everyone is very obliging and helpful. You can always see the smile on their faces and their willingness to help. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, which is another advantage because everyone will find something for themselves. There are plenty of snacks during and between meals, which gives us another advantage. I am very pleased with my holidays and I will definitely come back here next year, or maybe even sooner ;) Thank you to all the people who work in this hotel - whenever I remember you, I will smile and miss you. Refurbished in 2012, this 232-room hotel consists of 2 buildings set in spacious gardens and is located across the road from the lovely Incekum beach (connected by an underpass) on Turkey's south coast.
