Convenience and excellence! Exceptional variety and quality of food and beverages. Service beyond all expectations, with friendly and always helpful staff, especially in the main restaurant. Quality evening shows every day in Ficus Show Center, with a big round of applause for Rumi Dance Theater. Animateur Osama, waiter Elif were awesome and kind. Great service in pavilions on the sea really worth renting. We truly appreciate your efforts and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

Nice hotel to spend your vacation. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Great kitchen where every day you will find meals according to your taste - a variety of meat and seafood. We were very surprised by attention of administration. Recently we celebrated our wedding anniversary. On that occasion, we received a gift from administration - a festive cake, fruit and a bottle of champagne in our room. Sincere THANKS from our family!

Everything was perfect. Was the second time at Rubi. My family and I were in a room with direct access to the pool and it was amazing. Very tasty food, big and very comfortable room, perfect cleaning. Very good service and quality drinks. Anything negative for Rubi

This was my second year stay at Rubi Platinum. Compared to last year, most services are improved, no doubt about it. Rooms are big, clean, cleaning every day, shows every night, activities for kids, great water slides (my daughter absolutely loved them), excellent food (sea food every evening) and drinks, the staff is great, roller skating between sun beds to serve tourists. Last year, my family and I flew to Antalya. This year we drove and it was an excellent choice because we went shopping in the area. There are loads of malls with genuine products, not fakes as across the street from the hotel, and for a few hundred euro you can change your wardrobe completely. Definitely I will come again next. My daughter absolutely loved the hotel and she asked me to take her there again. I would only make one suggestion to the hotel's management: don't allow people to reserve sun beds. It bothered me every morning to go to the pool and find all (I mean really, all) sunbeds occupied, but nobody in the pool, there was nobody.

I have been to a number of resorts on the Turkish riviera and they all have their ups and downs. Where Rubi Platinum shines is how everything and everyone is so relaxed. Where in other hotels you have to wake up early to search for a spot at the pool or beach, here that's not an issue. The food is also very nice and where it sometimes lacks in diversity, it makes up in quality of ingredients. The animation team organizes darts and archery games everyday and all nights end in a show, sometimes with big artists invited.

When visiting this hotel, we experienced amazing vacations. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. The staff service was top-notch - from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and important guests. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. I had a wonderful experience with the fitness activities at the hotel, and I was especially impressed with the sessions led by Anna. Her energy and positivity were incredibly motivating, and she really inspired me to push myself further. Anna created a friendly and supportive atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged to reach their goals. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity – it truly adds value to the overall hotel stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and can’t wait to join Anna’s sessions again next year.

This hotel is great. We enjoyed it very much. The building is fantastic along with the food and the beach. We enjoyed a special dinner in the Red Lounge. Special thanks to Memocan for being very friendly and attentive to us. Service was amazing. We had a fantastic holiday.

I highly recommend this hotel for your vacations, we were there with my husband and even with many kids around it was not disturbing as there are 2 beaches and one is less popular for people with kids. Great service, a waiter called Jakub was awesome he gave me a flower that you can see in the pictures. Great bartenders, I especially recommend one blond girl who was working very often at our stay there. Many attractions also at night and the food was incredible - you need to visit it for sure, I would say that it’s more than 5 stars.

Everything was great. From the accommodation in the hotel, to the parties and the service. The food is delicious. There are great parties. The sandy beach and the sunset are a separate story. I will visit Ruby Platinum again. It's worth seeing. I want to say hello to the guys from the papaya bar who are very kind and of course Osema ,the greatest showman.
