We came from Germany for a little getaway with my family during the Easter holiday. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the beach, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience of having a market inside the hotel. It’s truly a perfect spot for those looking for a sandy beach — and it’s right by the sea! We loved it so much that I’ve already booked a trip with my friends for the summer.

I loves my stay in this hotel really very much. Very stylish, clean with beautiful sea view 🥰 for me service was excellent and food delicious. Lots of drinks, if you like gin, aperol spritz or good wine, really good choice. I will come June again 😘

My best friend and I wanted a girls holiday away and we booked Yalihn Una through LoveHolidays. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back again. A little advice for people who haven’t been here before; the resort does cater more to Dutch/German/Russian guests. Not many staff spoke English and there was only a couple other groups who were English. Other than that, highly recommend. Special thanks to Ismal at the bar, see you next year!

My husband as I stayed at yalihan Una for 10 days. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and lovely staff. We found though that it was predominantly German oriented, so getting a sun bed at the pool was difficult unless you got up at 5am in the morning! Even on the beach when busy a couple thought it was ok to have 4 beds even when they only need two, and could clearly see that people were looking for beds on the beach! We found there was so many rude people…. Walking in front of you at bar in restaurants etc, definitely not a hotel for the British!

We came here expected to be treated like it’s a 5 star hotel - Some of the staff were rude and disrespectful to us - everyone expects to be tipped if they aren’t you get a sour look. Maintenance is ok could be much better considering it’s a “5 star hotel” There is no hotel entertainment and there is not a town near by except the market. The food was pretty terrible it was stone cold and not cooked to what it should be. It could be that we went out of season however i’m disappointed in how we was treated. When we arrived at the hotel and got checked into our room the mirror of the bathroom was on the floor smashed to pieces and the fact that we had been travelling all day and we turn up to that we was not happy at all. There is a spa in the hotel i 100% recommend that the staff in there were brilliant and really took care of you. Overall we did not have the trip we excepted and for the money we paid we are not impressed !

So let’s start with the positives as this will take less time. The pool, beach and all on site bars are very accessible. The beach is sandy & relaxing, the pool wasn’t too busy. Now let’s start with the visit. Arrived day 1 and was put into a room on the bottom floor right by the pool. We was originally supposed to have a ‘sea view’ which we didn’t have but was told to come back at 9am the next day to be moved to sixth floor. This meant we couldn’t unpack or fully relax. Went back at 9am day 2 to be told we couldn’t move room that day either and come back the day after again at 9am. Went back day 3 9am to be shown a room on the 7th floor which was actually smaller and a downgrade so we stayed where we were. The staff barely speak any English so translating any communication can be tricky. If you want to get a lounger by the pool you need to get them between 6-6.30am. The beach less so. The food doesn’t cater for English visitors at all apart from perhaps some chips and fried chicken. All the main meals are very much catered for Europeans with not much selection. The desserts are great however. The daytime food is ok.. you can access burgers and pizza during the day which are nice. The bar area is good serving lots of cocktails and soft drinks. The nearby shops over the road are quite accessible and cheap. We asked for late check out as our transfer was 7pm the day we left.. we was told to come back the day we leave and ask.. only to then be told on the day it’s cash only and 3pm for €30. We declined only to watch our room be completely untouched all day until past 4pm.. so we could’ve been in there after all.. We had a spa visit for €30 euros each which included face masks, 30 minute massage and a Turkish bath. This was quite good. There is zero day time activities for kids in my opinion and the evening entertainment tends to last around 45 mins we saw 3 things in the week we was there, 1 live dance.. 2x live singers.. however a lot of the outdoor seats are taken very early. The hotel is very German orientated. All in all the hotel is clean.. the staff are friendly but not easy to communicate with and the restaurant is clean but limited options for English. I would personally not go back nor recommend it to anyone English.

We arrived on Friday 5th July and was greeted with a German/English well spoken receptionist. We was then taken to our rooms and was showed around by someone who couldn’t speak English, so when we asked a question he nodded and walked off. The first 2 nights we had a constant loud beeping noise coming from outside our room that kept us up all night. The morning after we arrived I went down and explained to them what I could hear. They couldn’t understand me and it was left as that. So we had to put up with it again the second night when I had enough and went down in the early hours of the morning and once again explained what I could hear. I even took a video outside of my room so they could also hear the beeping. After about 20 minutes of trying to translate they eventually understood me and we never heard the noise again. Turns out it was a panel inside of a vent that was making the noise. We had paid for all inclusive for this hotel. The food that was included was mainly picky things and was either cold or dry. The food isn’t versatile and as a English person they didn’t accommodate any English food. it was the same food every night! The only thing we highly recommend from this hotel is the snack beach bar down at the beach with is open from 11:00 - 16:00 which serve great burgers/hotdogs. On the day of us leaving we decided to go down to the beach knowing that we was getting picked up by our coach at 19:00 that evening. We then headed back to our room at 13:30 to give us enough time to carry on packing and getting everything ready to go. We was greeted with 2 cleaners who (in German) tried to explain to us we had to get everything out of our room and go downstairs now as our checkout time was 12:00 ( which we was never told a time and only knew when we came to reception to checkout) I tried to explain to the cleaners that we was never told a checkout time. I even looked on the documents we received from this hotel/jet2 and it never stated a checkout time. So I phoned the receptionist from our room and he then explained that we had to be out of the room in 10 minutes because there is people waiting to go into our room. I explained to him that we was never told and he kept going on about how it’s in the “hotel books” that 12pm is checkout time. I told him I was never shown these “books” and he said once again said no longer then 10 minutes. Me and my Mrs then felt rushed to get everything ready as the two cleaners were stood outside our door waiting for us. We then headed to reception where I tried to talk to them about the situation - however none of them could speak English and they phoned someone who could. I then spoke to someone on the phone and explained my situation where they kept saying sorry for the misunderstanding but checkout time is 12:00. I felt like I was getting nowhere so decided to give the phone back to reception. We then had to wait 5 hours for our coach to arrive. Upon all of this I would not recommend this hotel (especial
