First of all, all the bad comments are lies. I even thought of canceling the hotel because of these bad comments. The restaurant team was very nice and cheerful, especially Mr. Dogus and Mr. Sedat, thank you very much, I am glad I didn't. Everything is great. The food is very delicious and nice, there are definitely 2 types of meat dishes, barbecue. I mean, those who wrote that we couldn't eat meat and chicken, I am surprised, there are varieties of pita for you, there is fruit every day. Cleaning is done every day. The animations are very nice. It is said that it is far from the sea, but after passing through the underpass, it is very close in 3 minutes. The sea is perfect and there are enough sunbeds. There are sandwiches, gozleme and hamburgers on the beach. In short, I attribute these cruel comments to this, they are criticizing other hotels because they have the same concept and are more affordable. I am writing as a real customer, we stayed for 4 nights as 3 people and we were very satisfied. (We stayed in rooms 410 and 414)

“Like a dream” This hotel we came to for the weekend is like a dream, everything is a work of art, the masterpiece starts from the moment you enter the hotel door, with a smiling staff welcoming you, when you go up to the room, believe me, you look with admiration, every place is beautiful, it is a work of art, come and see before you die, the food is perfect, the staff is great, the hotel owner is amazing, the ambiance is amazing, the garden layout, the art gallery is great, you will definitely love it, you will think you are dreaming while eating your raisin rice grill, but I think it is real, come and see, I would like to thank especially the hotel manager Mustafa Bey for taking on so much responsibility and doing everything for everything to be fine, I would like to thank all the other staff and Doğuş Bey who works in the restaurant

The hotel itself is ok not 4 stars but ok. The let down is the food it is HORRIBLE disgusting no meat at all I am still trying to figure out what the burgers are made off. The food was a major let down for us. We are not fussy eaters but the food is beyond bad which was a major let down on an all inclusive holiday.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of a big family. We didn’t even have to wait , they placed us in our room immediately.. This hotel may not be huge, but that’s exactly what makes it so special- warm, cozy and perfect for families and kids. The atmosphere is peaceful, the food is tasty and the service is always given a smile. The entertainment team- Ayshe (Anya), Murat, Umut and Eren were soul of our holiday. They weren’t just stuff, they became friends. So sincere, full of jokes and genuine caring. They made every day fun and unforgettable for us and our kids. And we can’t forget Emine at the reception - warm, professional and always ready to help. The sandy beach was beautiful and well maintained, the sea was crystal clear and very clean. If you are looking for a friendly, all inclusive hotel where you’re treated like family, this is the place. We came as a guests and left with lifelong memories and we will definitely be back ❤️

If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, please think again. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. Rude, Unhelpful, and Language-Blocked Staff The staff couldn’t speak English, and their manners were shockingly poor—unless you were Russian. We felt like second-class guests, and that’s unacceptable on a paid holiday. 2. Bed Bugs—My Son Was Bitten Our son was bitten by something in the bed—probably bed bugs. It was painful, distressing, and completely ruined our sense of safety. 3. Air Conditioning Doesn’t Work The room was scorching hot because the aircon didn’t work at all. A hotel that can’t provide basic climate control? No thanks. 4. Slippery, Unclean Floors The floor was wet and not cleaned properly—people were constantly slipping and almost getting injured. 5. Food That Got Boring Fast Every single meal was the same with very little variety. We ended up eating out most days just to find something decent to eat. 6. Wi‑Fi Doesn’t Work—even if You Pay I paid for Wi‑Fi—but it never worked. In today’s world, that’s not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. 7. Additional Card? That’ll Be €30 They charged €30 for a second key card, saying only one is allowed. That’s a ridiculous, nickel-and-diming policy. Final Thoughts I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve never encountered so many issues in one holiday. Rude staff, dangerous conditions, health hazards, and poor service—it felt like we’d accidentally checked into a rundown motel instead of a proper hotel. Honestly, this stay was a nightmare I’d never wish on anyone. TL;DR: Avoid this place at all costs.

Stay away from this hotel if you want even a half decent holiday, what a joke 4 star clearly was rated by the chuckle brothers, ive stayed in better. All inclusive but it really isnt all inclusive at all, there is loads you have to pay for ice creams, milkshakes, games room even towels. Drinks are limited as to when you can have them and small glasses. No tea or coffee facilities in the room either which is rubbish. Food is very basic and not a great range again ive had better at other hotels. A very small pool for a hotel with 241 rooms, they advertise 3 pools but only have 1 and a small separate bit for small children, very rare you can get a sunbed as people reserve them with towels and then go out for the day. Slides that are not manned by staff accident waiting to happen especially when you have multiple children going down all after each other. The 2 times you actually saw a lifeguard he was useless as was more inside the hotel than out of it. Staff rude as especially if your British spoke to staff at dinner and  she looked an walked off, wouldn't waste your money and definitely book elsewhere. Reception staff dont even get me started so rude dont want to listen to you. Telling me I was rude mate you hadn't seen me rude thats a FACT. One thing she said was they do maybe need improvements yes I agree major improvements and I'd be starting with the staffs rubbish attitude and behaviour. (Apart from the 3 mentioned)  Tip boxes everywhere but cant do their job to get tips hmm really  thats a joke right, I dont mind tipping but not for bad service. We certainly won't be coming back again. The only saving grace for here was Suat from the dining room gave us cutlery after we had asked 4 other members of staff for some and they couldnt be bothered to help.  Emi the cleaner always smiling and gave us toilet roll and towels when our room was cleaned but left without these and a lady who's name I didnt get she cleared our pots always smiling and friendly one of the children left her a tip as he said she was the best here. Asked the bar staff in the restaurant for water apparently they dont have water hmmm ok.  And Arda was absolutly amazing on the shopping trip & other trips if it wasn't for them it would have been a wash out. Stay away from the tattoos or you will get a bill for bedsheets what do they expect from Henna, dont offer a service if you cant deal with it.  Clearly a money making racket to line their own pockets very very greedy people. We wasn't  given the rooms we had booked so caused issues which meant the children had to share a room without an adult as they couldnt share a double bed. We had dried blood on the sheets when we got here but was too tired at that point as we landed at 20.30 and didnt get to the hotel till gone midnight. Beds are so hard I've come home with a bad back which im having to go see the doctor for.  Definitely not worth a 4 star not by any means nessacary. You play bingo your charged for it then they say they wi
