Wome Deluxe Hotel - Halal All Inclusive

This is not our first experience with halal hotels. We already have been on vacation in other hotels and we can compare. Since Wome Deluxe is much expensive, we were expecting that is would be much better than other halal hotels. But honestly, it was comparable, not much difference. The service in restaurants was not so good, I think there was staff shortage. The food was good and pools were also good. The women’s zone was also good, with good pools and food. The toilets were proper. I only didn’t like that children till 5 YEARS had have to wear a diaper in women’s pool. My 4 year old child doesn’t wear diaper since 2 years and was not comfortable with it. And why only in women’s zone pool and not in common pool? There was a good place to play for children in Womey club. Also was there a game centre, but it was very expensive! For example to play 1 minute basketball you have to pay 2 euro’s! This is too high price for this games. For the price you pay for booking , you expect that such facilities would be for reasonable price.

Poor resort, not worth the Money. Hamza the guest relations was an absolute tw*t. Not very helpful, poor signage, no help when requesting were certain things are. All the workers are interns so the answer you get is "Im new I dont know". Its a hype, halal yet looud music at night? Free mixing, and many non relgious muslims too, food is recycled daily, very repetitive and the same daily. I will definately not go back to this place, over priced gabage. only plus point is there was no alcohol.

I think all is good , the food is tasty and the activity are good ,and all the employees treat the guest properly, except some employees who treat me rudely maybe some time because of my age or something else ,like the one who called {BORAN} he treat very rudely he always serve me angrily and he always hit the cup of do soda or something else hardly on the desk , my view of the hotel was good last year because I was here and all the employees treated me good , but I don’t know way that’s change maybe you hired the wrong people this year but I think It's become a bit bad now and it's all because of ORAN, now when I see him in the restaurant bar or lobby bar I prefer not to take anything from here because he’ll treat me badly I’ll get angry that’s why I search somebody else to serve me . I would be very happy if you take my message seriously because I really felt wronged and I didn't know where to go to complain.

It was a great opportunity to be here for the 2nd time. Everything was nearly perfect especially for kids and family. Activites was amazing suits all ages and gender I rrmeber my friends from animation team YASİN, sezer, Aatill and semih. They were very good helping us with everything we wanted. I recommend all of you for such experience in Antalya.

I was apprehensive to book a spa during our stay by reading the other reviews. The prices of the spa are available on the new Wome Deluxe App available to download on both Apple and Google Play. It has the price list, opening hours and package offers for you to decide. The staff helps you to explain what will suit you and get the best experience. Did not find them to be pushy to choose the treatment. In male spa section for me and my boys the massager was Woyon who gave us a great experience for both massage and Turkish hamam with peeling and foam massage.

The hotel was beautiful.Food was good even though it became repetitive towards the end.Wish I can give it 5 stars but the staff....they were rude and absolutely RACIST!!! We can see them laughing and joking with the white and Turkish people.With us they just looked down their noses at us.Staff in the dining hall who take drink orders have disgusting attitude.There was a waiter i asked for coffee and he says "no coffee' and walks off, I asked a second waiter and she quickly gets me coffee.I think the colour of our skin was really offensive to them.If you are brown skin/bangladeshi/muslim DO NOT GO to this resort.They ruined our holiday!
