My mother and her friends were on vacation; the only advantage was a beach with a sandy entrance to the sea. This is where the advantages end. The rooms are trashed, there is no cleaning, the plumbing is in the worst condition, completely unsanitary, they cleaned it themselves so that they could somehow use it. But the most trashy thing is that when selling the tour until 11.11, the tour operator did not take into account the important point that the hotel closes on 9.11, and in fact it closed, there were 10 people left, and from 10.11 they stopped feeding, the kitchen was closed. The question is, how is it that you paid before 11, but received the service before 9?

First of all, on my own behalf, I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel. Because I look at the comments and I don't find it right to criticize the staff. We stayed for 7 nights on 26-08-2023 / 02-09-2023. And we generally choose this hotel every 2 years. In other years, we try new places. As in every hotel, if you have a request, the employees try to help as much as they can. Everything we requested was helpful. I will write my personal opinion clearly and at length. If you read before thinking about going, you can make your decision accordingly. The cost in our country is known. In my opinion, this is the best hotel to go to at the best price, all-inclusive, right under the sea's feet. I hope the figures will fit into our budget next year as well. If you pay around 4 times for better quality, you can find a better one. The sea is sandy and I have not been able to swim as comfortably in the hotels I went to that paid 3-4 times the price because of the pebbles and rocks. There are small rocks at the entrance to a very small part of the sea. It's not at a size that would cause any problems. On the contrary, there are rocks as you move forward, but it won't be a problem for those who know how to swim. There is no job for those who cannot swim. Those who can swim comfortably can have a pleasant time at the actual beach part. Every year we go, we ask for a room with a sea view if possible, and if it is available, they always give it to us. If I feel any odor or gloom when I enter the room, they immediately give me another room. Personal preference, the most important thing for me is the spaciousness of the room when I first enter. This year we stayed in room 1212 and it was nice. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are old. I know this and because I know this, I go because it is my choice according to my budget. We have never encountered a dirty room or bathroom on any of our visits. Being old is one thing, being dirty is another. Despite this, I take my bleach with me, even if it is a 5-star hotel, and do a small cleaning in the bathroom before settling into the room. I also make sure to disinfect cabinets, door handles, etc. I can only feel inside myself because I know there are others left. Sheets etc yes old. I don't understand whether there is a rule that says being old prevents use. Some people said something while commenting. Even if they say it's dirty, that's different. I can't say anything about it, but I wonder why it would bother if it's old. But the thing I pay most attention to is the smell of the sheets and there is not even a smell of cleaning. So, in my opinion, it was washed so cleanly that even the detergent does not have a strong unpleasant odor. This gives me comfort. And yet, I brought my own sheet and pique pillowcase and used the bed as comfortably as if we were at home. They come to clean the rooms every day. Since I disinfect the rooms myself, I do not even request cleaning if we see the cleaner. I say don't clean it if possible. But if you do not inform us otherwise, our door was knocked every day and if we were not in the room and did not see the cleaner, the cleaning was done :-))))). As for the food, I have to be honest for years and say that I have never liked the taste of the food. I don't know if the products are of good quality. But it doesn't suit my palate at all.
