I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.

We booked 3 rooms at Hotel 21, half the group were driving and half cycling. Thomas couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process from booking to our stay. It's a lovely hotel, easy to find from the motorway. We found parking in the next street and the storage for bikes was secure. The rooms were large and light and minimal noise from the busy street due to good windows. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, plentiful and personal. We had some issues in the morning with the next stage of our journey and we were so grateful to Thomas for helping us get organised with a taxi, luggage storage and general help. He has a wonderful sense of humour too! We would love to come back and explore Angers a bit more and would definitely stay at Hotel 21 Foch. Our thanks to Thomas for all his help.

Due to our motorhome breaking down, this was the hotel our insurance company put us in. Stayed 3 nights. Room was small but comfortable. Good pillows and bed was comfy. The staff were so lovely, a couple spoken a bit of English. Breakfast was continental and 9€ each. Great coffee and love fresh breads. The orange juice machine great. Weather was lovely so had breakfast on the terrace. This hotel is in a trading estate. We had no transport so we're only able to walk. There is a Decathlon in about half a mile. Also in other direction there is a U-Save store, also about half a mile away. So spent a lot of time in room watching Bastille day celebrations. A nice hotel with great staff, who went over an above to make our enforced stay pleasant.

The first night was very good, but the second night was not working to get back to the room at 23:30. (Bravo technology). We called the hospital, the young night watcher told us he couldn't do anything for us and the boss didn't answer the phone. No emergency number and no person competent to solve the problem (it will make a further pay to go out!). We waited until 1:00 a.m. to finally have the choice of sleeping out in the car (when we paid our room for the night) or pay a night of additional hotel (first class in front). Results I paid a fortune: €63 for a first class to sleep only from 1:30 a 7h. We have only been paid back the room at the campanile a €49. As we knew our stuff were in the room of the clock that we couldn't open, so I had to sleep in the first class without pygama, without demaquilling, without being able to slice my teeth, without a telephone loader, The least thing is to reimburse us for the two nights we have to pay for redressing this damage suffers (paid room but not accessible and in addition to the business in : The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. This really is ideal for a shower !

Bonjour j y suis passé en début juin le 3 et 4, chambre correct, mais l acceuil de la personne du matin ,pas vraiment aimable,deplus je pouvais me reposer jusqu'à a 12h mais a 11h40,il y a eu une alarme pour nous faire comprendre certainement qu il fallait partir, alors c est vrai c est pas trés cher mais c est pas une raison.
