Everything was nice and clean, but the pillows were the worst i have ever had to sleep on. Small, lumpy, and need replaced badly. Outside of the pillows everything was pleasant.

I arrived like 11pm. I really needed to use the bathroom before completing check in. The lady said they lock them at night and i couldnt. Almost hadan accident. Bed pillows are too small. Mattresses inbad shape. For over 300 a night expected more.

The front desk young lady Tania was very helpful and courteous and did a great job, the room was nice and roomy and clean and we were only there one night but would definitely stay there again in the future.

Excellent time here , jacuzzi was out of service which was a bummer and pool was not kept up in maintenance but overall the room was nice , bathroom could of been cleaned a little better but for the price I would come back again

Stayed 2 nights and on the second night at 11pm woke up to a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building for a false alarm for over 30min standing outside in the cold weather.no compensation from the hotel for the inconvenience. The elavators were stopped and wouldn't run the next morning on checkout

The staff were excellent, especially Mayte! Shout out to maintenance and housekeeping staff!! Hotel had inside entrance with locked doors to outside which is safer to me.
Microwave and fridge in the room were great.
Kids loved the waffle machine in the dining room.
Only downside was that the pool and hot tub weren’t heated as advertised
