I have never left a bad review. I generally go with the flow however... would avoid the property if possible. the positives: The rooms are relatively new and clean. The negatives: service was abysmal. I am a platinum bonvoy member. the evening of arrival opened the pull out couch for kids to sleep on. It was soiled from the prior tenant. Housekeeping appeared to have not changed the sheets. No big deal, I took the sheets off the bed and placed them in the hallway. I called the "at your service" on the phone. It was 8pm MST (we live on the east coast so 10pm our time) I asked for new sheets and a blanket to be delivered. I waited 45 minutes without delivery of the sheets. I called 7 more times over the next hour. was told sorry they are short staffed, and they would be there in 15 minutes on many occasions (poor Cody had to take all my calls). I spoke to a supervisor on the phone who stated she would personally bring the sheets to us. never happened. I asked if I could go to housekeeping and get them myself! I was told no. Around 9:45pm MST (11:45 EST), I put my winter clothes back, walked outside to get to the hotel lobby and spoke directly to the manager in person. She stated she was aware of a complaint and the need for a crib? I explained to her it has been nearly 2 hours and still waiting for sheets, the crib must have been a different complainer... She said she would address promptly. I asked for the general manager to call me in the morning. The kids ended up sleeping on the couch with warm clothes on out of exhaustion and lack of blanket. eventually the sheets came at 10:15pm (MST). (12:15am EST) Unbelievably frustrating experience for a relatively expensive property. General manager never called me. On the day we left, I reiterated to front desk that general manager did not call me and they said he would call me later that day. ALSO NEVER CALLED THAT DAY OR ANY DAY SINCE. If this is how platinum members are treated, good luck at the property....
