This was our first night in Spain, very nice room , much more modern than the exterior of the building would indicate... and very clean. Beds were euro firm but we slept well - comfortable. Spacious because we got the "accessible room" I think. Its VERY convenient to town - just outside the wall.. and lots of free parking nearby (and a paid lot nearby). Its easy to find if you just follow the road next to the wall. Harder to find if you try to get there from "down the hill" but doable. We didn't eat there, but here is a churro shop 10 min walk away if like us you are "6 AM people". the view from our room wasn't fantastic (street scene) but it was super convenient for a quick walk into the old town but with great parking options.

Great hotel helpful friendly staff secure garage parking for our motorcycles positioned right next to the walled city. Clean and tidy rooms cafe onsite for breakfast would definitely use this hotel again also recommend the soul bar for food.

I would describe it more as a hostel than a hotel, it is clean and correct, you can park nearby because it is outside the wall, next to one of the entrance doors, we had a room next to reception and you could hear noises and conversations all around the day, not at night, since the reception closes at night.

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Completely renovated rooms. There is parking 50 meters away or you can park on the street. Good WiFi. Excellent for visiting the walled city. Near the main square and at one of the entrance doors

Pasamos una noche en Ávila y elegimos el Hotel Puerta de la Santa, Situación privilegiada a 10 mts de la muralla, desde la habitación se ve. La chica de recepción simpatiquísima y muy amable, nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones de los sitios claves para visitar así como donde ir de tapas y a cenar Nos dejaron meter la moto en un garaje que tienen para nuestra tranquilidad un detalle a agradecer, La habitación bien, muy limpio todo y con cafetería para desayunar Buena opción si vas a Ávila

Hotel sencillo enfrente de la muralla. La habitación era cómoda. No cuenta con ascensor, pero si tu habitación es en primera planta, puedes entrar por la cafetería del hotel y evitar las escaleras. La atención del personal es muy buena, aunque no tiene recepción 24 hs. Igualmente, puedes comunicarte con ellos en caso de que pierdas la llave de acceso. La relación precio/calidad es buena. Volvería.

Hotel sencillo frente a la Puerta de la Santa. No tiene estacionamiento pero es seguro dejar el coche en los alrededores. Destaca la atención en recepción, a pesar de no contar con atención en mostrador las 24 horas te dejan un numero de contacto . Hotel pequeño, muy limpio. La habitación era pequeña con ventana un pozo de aire. No brindan desayuno pero hay una cafetería integrada al hotel en la que se puede desayunar
