Great hotel located right by the walls in stunning Avila. Our room was spacious and went out to a great garden area where we sat and had a drink while re- charging our batteries. Staff were friendly and gave us loads of information to make the most of our stay. Restaurant La Bruja which is attached definitely worth a visit too.

El personal muy poco amable y además dejo la recepción vacía en horas de trabajo. O sea, mala atención. El sitios nos había parecido que estaba en un sitio agradable pero al no tener parquing pierde un poco. Y si le das una calada a un cigarrillo por error, en lugar de ventilar tras tus disculpas, te cobran la habitación otra vez. Así que al final no te queda el mejor recuerdo de tu vida. Encima el bar cierra a ratos, que es parte de la gracia de esta hotel... Que tiene un bar con terraza en el paseo del Rastro.

El hotel es original, está bonito y bien ubicado cerca de la muralla. Pero! Las cucarachas que hay por la noche en el baño ya te estropean toda la estancia, el personal simpático y me resultó un poco engorroso el check in automático. Tampoco había tapón para la bañera

Hotel que destaca por la excelente ubicación junto a la muralla, hotel muy limpio y muy tranquilo, muy buen trato por parte de los empleados, el desayuno es correcto, con todo lo normal que suele haber y existe la posibilidad de aparcar cerca del hotel de manera gratuita

Hotel bonito y pegado a la muralla de Avila. La pegas son que no tiene una plaza de aparcamiento para descargar el equipaje y el aire acondicionado que lo tienen limitado a 27 grados y con casi 28 grados no hay quien descanse. Es una pena sobretodo lo de la climatizacion.

El hotel muy bien y la atención de las chicas que había en recepción,tanto el día de llegada como el de salida, muy bueno y muy amables. Aparcamos en una calle próxima, el aparcamiento es un poco complicado por la zona en fin de semana, pero hay parking cercano. El desayuno,tipo buffet, está muy bien por el precio, 5'95 €. Te reponen los platos del buffet cuando se van acabando. Si vas con sillita de bebé puedes subir hasta la muralla por el ascensor que comunica con el restaurante.

Es un hotel muy céntrico en la ciudad de Ávila. A 5 min andando del mercado grande. Hotel silencioso, cómodo, en el que se duerme muy bien. Buen desayuno a 5,9€ por persona. Parking público al lado.
