Nice place in the center where everything is really close. A big plus is the air conditioning that’s saves us from this heat

One tiny elevator, many stairs, and outdated magnetic key cards that too often don’t work, spoiled my first positive impression. One morning I came down to the reception three times and eventually the receptionist went upstairs with me to help. But I almost missed my paid tour. The front desk and house keeping staff was always smiling, pleasant, and willing to help. The room was small yet charming, very tidy and clean, with a great view of the central square. Windows with good insulation so the noise from the street was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but with a tub! The breakfast hall was gorgeous and the breakfast decent, with mainly French pastry and desserts, besides cheese, ham, pastry (breads and sweets) and some fruit and vegetables. Besides the renovated facilities and excellent location, there is no pool, sauna, spa, gym or any other amenities that would qualify this as a 4* hotel. Also, I forgot my iPad in the room safe when I checked out. The hotel contacted me and offered to send it to my new destination. However, they did not actually send it by express mail even though they said that they did. My iPad arrived to Montpellier after I had already left. I waited for it three days ( it’s 1h away) but because they didn’t check the SEND ON SATURDAY option on the mailing form, the device spent the weekend in the post office. The fee that they asked me to I pay was 37€ because as they said it was sent express mail and with insurance - however when I asked the hotel in Montpellier to send it to Barcelona (another country and 3,5h away) I paid almost the same amount!? Plus the hotel used “peek’in” service so I immediately had insight into the delivery progress online. The worst thing for me was that they kept on sending emails insisting they were right and tried their best to help, instead of admitting they made a mistake. I appreciate their effort but it’s better to work smart rather than hard. Instead of having to thank someone for trying I need my iPad delivered to me on time. Perhaps there are too many women in the management that are taking things too personally? 🤷🏼♀️

The pictures do not correspond with what you get. I payed a very high price thinking I would have a terrace and in the end the hotel told me that the pictures on trip were wrong and they didn't care doing anything about it. Also the price on their website is way cheaper than on trip... Trip should be a bit more aligned.

Stayed two nights in this hotel and generally enjoyed it. Pros: Great location just next to a few plazas with loads of restaurant choices. Clean room with a huge window, very nice for taking pictures. Cons: The reception desk was barely helpful and avoid answering questions other than handling the checkin checkout process. The car park discount didn’t worked

Excellent breakfast and service

This is the hotel where I stayed in Avignon, the second stop of my October trip to Southern Europe and Italy. It can be said that it exceeded my expectations. The hotel with an average daily price of ￥1000+ has very complete facilities~ And the location is very, very good~ It is very convenient to go to the Avignon Papal Palace, Broken Bridge, etc. The breakfast especially exceeded my expectations [heart]. The breakfast environment is also the French romance that I love very much [heart] [heart][heart][heart] If there is a flaw in the ointment, it is probably that the sound insulation of the room is slightly poor~ But this is a European-style family hotel, which is understandable. The room space is not very large. If you live alone, it is not a big problem~ Two or three people can choose a larger room. The overall experience is very good~ Next time I come to Avignon, I will probably choose this one [heart]

I recently stayed at the L'Oréal Lodge during the Avignon Festival and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to many of the main attractions and festival venues. Pros: Reasonable Prices: During the festival, the hotel's prices were very reasonable. This was a rare opportunity, allowing us to enjoy a high-quality stay during the festival without having to worry about overcharging. Excellent Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Avignon, within walking distance of many of the main attractions and festival venues. It was very convenient to get around, saving a lot of time and transportation costs. Comfortable Rooms: The hotel's rooms are very comfortable, warmly decorated and well-equipped. The beds were particularly comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, ensuring a good stay. Friendly Service: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was very smooth. Especially during the festival, the front desk staff provided a lot of useful information and suggestions. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and of good quality. Whether it is French bread, cheese or fresh fruit, it is appetizing and a perfect choice to start the day.

The location is right next to the Papal Palace Square, very convenient. The two buildings are connected together. We booked a four-person suite on the top floor, and the elevator can only go to the third floor. There seems to be only one such room. The room is quite big and clean, with free water and snacks, and a beautiful afternoon tea lounge, but it's a pity that I don't have time to enjoy it. It is a hotel with warm atmosphere and convenience. It happened to be the theater festival and the European Cup, and the town was bustling with activity.

In the center of the old town of Avignon, it is very convenient to check in and check out. You can drive your car to the hotel entrance. The road is closed during peak hours. Just tell the security guard to go to the hotel. After checking in, the hotel told us to park in the unified parking lot and give a certain discount on the parking fee.
