N 1 Classic single use room lake view at the FLEXIBLE rate of 69,00, per room per night, breakfast included: N 1 double room lake view at the FLEXIBLE rate of 79,00€ , per room per night, breakfast included. When we arrived we was given 2 rooms overlooking the back of the Hotel and not what we booked for. To make things worse I've called them before to be sure that we will have 2 lake view rooms. They have ruened my holiday.

Hotel 3* semplice ma pulito. Affacciato sul lago (almeno alcune camere), dispone di parcheggio privato, arredato in modo semplice, ma comunque completo di tutto, tranne che del frigobar. Personale cortese e disponibile. Da segnalare la mancanza di ascensore

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dell'Immacolata. Eccellente l'accoglienza e le competenze relazionali del personale. La nostra quadrupla era molto spaziosa e pulita. Vista lago da incanto. Se dovessimo tornare in Piemonte, sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Siamo andati nella struttura come ospiti in occasione di una cerimonia. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera vista lago al secondo piano. Il panorama dalla terrazza è splendido e la camera, seppur non nuovissima, è confortevole. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare davanti alla struttura e piacevolissima la passeggiata nei dintorni. La colazione è un po’ basica. La notte si rientra con il codice di accesso, ma questo non crea particolari difficoltà

Nos hospedamos el sábado 9/9. No pudimos descansar tranquilamente y disfrutar del silencio que el hotel ofrece en su cartilla ya que está al lado de un boliche bailable (esto nunca lo dicen). Música muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche. Muy difícil estacionar y entrar después de las 7pm. NO ES BUENA OPCIÓN

Ottimo 4 Stelle, camera spaziosa e panorama da Sogno. Aria condizionata gestita in maniera ottimale, bagno comodo. Pulizia ottima, l'unica cosa che suggerirei, è di non lasciare la camera sprovvista del frigo bar, altrimenti bisogna portarsi da casa le bevande, come si evince da foto in allegato. Ottima colazione davvero, complimenti.

Lugar muito bonito, quarto espaçoso e com uma sacada que dá para o lago, mas muito suja, nem consegui utilizá-la. O quarto também não estava dos mais limpos. O café da manhã é muito bom e com variedades.

Sono stato per l'ennesima volta in questa struttura il 18/05, che dire questa volta sono stato imbrogliato, come tutte le volte mi hanno fatto pagare al check in, e quando sono arrivato in camera ho avuto una fantastica sorpresa, la tapparella non funzionava, rimaneva aperta, e fatto GRAVISSIMO nessuno mi aveva avvisato prima e non mi è stato proposto uno sconto sul soggiorno GIA' PAGATO e il cambio camera non si poteva fare in quanto struttura piena Risultato al mattino alle 6.30 ero sveglio causa luce che entrava in camera Comportarsi in questo modo, far pagare all'arrivo e non informare del problema in camera, per me è inaccettabile, i problemi ci possono essere ma devono essere comunicati Di sicuro quando capiterò ancora in zona per lavoro, starò alla larga da questa struttura

Camera spaziosa con un terrazzino e una bella vista sul lago. Ma la colazione è bocciata. Siamo arrivati verso le 8.30 , del buffet rimaneva poco e quello che c’era non era molto invitante. L’hôtel nel suo insieme è un po’ vecchiò stampo. Punto positivo per la simpatia delle signore.
