強烈避雷的一家酒店，因為位於小鎮中心，生意很好，也因此不愁賣，所以對客户需求根本無視。提前一個月預訂，要求安靜房間，卻給了最吵的一間房，從早上六點到晚上十點半房間一直有嚴重轟鳴聲，一查才發現樓下就是餐廳廚房，功率巨大的排風機口就在房間窗外。酒店存在嚴重歧視，住客基本都是中老年白人，故意把最不好的房間給亞洲人。餐廳吃飯也要等位一小時以上，建議避開這家酒店，周圍可選擇的酒店其實很多。

Extremely disappointing. Attic room, en suite was a converted cupboard, fan next to bed very noisy and kept going for ages. Lighting was very poor, one tiny window, decor was very dark, and room very hot. Reception unwelcoming, only saving grace , very clean . Would not recommend. £132!!! Joke!!!

The Cairngorm Hotel enjoys an excellent location, literally opposite the bus station and steps from the town centre” — perfect for walkers, hill‑goers, and exploring Aviemore.

Lovely hotel, great staff and location for touring the area. Food was top rate, especially the senior and teen menu, which suited my appetite perfectly. Only con, hotel guests could not pre-book a table in the restraunt. Overall a great place to stay

Nice enough place with nice food but portion sizes a little on the small size. If I feel the need to count my chips (24) then there are too few. As I’m on a diet and wasn’t hungry I let it slide but if you’re hungry maybe consider eating before you visit. The service was, however, outstanding - the waiter was super efficient; friendly and all round excellent. The end of the meal was ruined a little by the start of loud music and a quiz - quite the ambience killer. I will return but will try different food next time in the hope the portion size is adult sized.

Visited several times for evening meals during our week in Avimore and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Something on menu for everyone taste and the food is always excellent Would ask for chairs to be upholstered or replaced as looking a bit worse for wear

Soon as arrived received a warm welcome from staff. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast good choices. Ate in restaurant meal was delicious and once again a lot of choices. The bar had entertainment on singers along with a quiz! Oh and the location was ideal nearby everything!

From the minute you step inside the Cairngorm Hotel, you're embraced by an authentic highland-atmosphere that is accompanied by the friendly and welcoming receptionist. I stayed in a cosy and comfortable room that had the essentials, was clean and had a homely feel. Nice restaurant and a separate bar is a bonus and the location is excellent as you have busses and trains at your doorstep for easy connections to the surrounding areas + a short walk to the Craigellachie Nature Reserve.

Excellent stay, unfortunately only for one night - welcoming staff, comfortable room and lovely evening meal and breakfast. Live music in the bar during evening which helped for a fun atmosphere after our dinner. Great value for money. Would have liked to stay longer.
