Fabulous place! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Very unique space. We had dinner here. Definitely an experience ....especially because of Edith, the chef and entertainer....maybe a bit much. Mikael was a wonderful host. We had many conversations with him.

Very welcoming and comfortable, this is a great place to stay. The facilities are excellent, the food delicious and the host is very friendly. The restaurant is closed for dinner on a Tuesday but there are plenty of restaurants in nearby Millau. Breakfast is typically French. Indoor pool is very welcome after a day out walking in the hills.

Very nice and authentic stay just outside Millau
Came to visit the Viaduc de Millau on our way to southern France. Had a one night stopover at Les Caselles. Very friendly host, super nice room in a restored once-sheep stable. We chose to follow the in-house dinner concept. Very nice dinner, good atmosphere and at €30 per adult it was very good value. Got some good tips for our further travel southwards. All in all a very nice way to spend an evening/night or a weekend in the hills/mountains outside Millau.

Wonderful experience
Exceptional - friendly, welcoming staff that made us all feel at home. Unique location with great views, quiet rooms and a well-maintained indoor pool. Food prepared and presented by Édith was superb and Mikael and team are excellent hosts. We'll definitely stop by in the future!

Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling through France as it is very convenient (but quiet) for the motorway. The property is a converted farm, beautifully restored with lovely courtyard and country views . There is an indoor heated pool (free) along with a sauna and hot tub at a small additional cost. Our room was split level with a lounge area and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom above. All beautifully decorated and equipped with the only thing missing in our view was a fridge. We had dinner there which is a fantastic experience with the very friendly chef explaining all the courses in French and English. Food was fabulous and very good value. We will definitely look to return and stay for longer as there is lots to do in the area.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was bigger than we expected, very modern and clean, and very well equipped. Mikaël was a very attentive host who gave us some great advice on where to visit, and the dinners both nights, courtesy of chef Edith, were amazing. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests from different countries and talking to them over dinner, and Edith entertained us all with her detailed descriptions of the food in both French and English.

Lovely place, peaceful location in a rural area. Rooms are of a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and just right for our onward journey. It needs to be clear upon booking that there is a charge to use sauna and hot tub as these are usually included in a small complex such as this. Short drive to Millau and viaduct viewing platform. We would recommend a stay here.

******* and Les Castelles need to make the pool and spa usage very clear in the booking email. There was no mention of charging to use sauna or hot tub or when and if it could be used.
