I stayed in that hotel last week on a working trip, I liked the facilities, clean rooms, the official who attended me at the arrival was very careful and even exchanged my room for one with balcony as requested, very good even, but there was a disgusting situation where I forgot my cell phone carrier in the room and only realized when I arrived home at the end of the day, finally I called in the hotel and was attended by the same official who was there when I arrived and she was checking out with the staff who work in the morning and return to me the next morning, but there was no return from the hotel, I called again the other day and talked to a boy who TBM left to give me a return and also did not give him, I called again the other day and I was informed that the loader was not found, and I am sure he was left there at the hotel because when I left there I returned home and only stayed there. I just didn't like this situation because the way they spoke to me was as if I were lying, what I would not really do.

Hotel é bom, mas carece de cuidados. Ele fica em.um complexo com mais 3 hotéis e o salão do café concentra o público de todos, finais de semana é um caos, faltam pratos, talheres, copos, e a reposição é lenta. É nítida a falta de funcionários para dar conta de tudo. Fora isso, na reposição dos pratos, talheres e xícaras percebe-se que são lavados manualmente (e que as vezes chegam sujos), sem contar que chegam molhados, um hotel deste tamanho deveria ter uma máquina de lavar para um higienização descente. O staff é gentil, sempre todos muito solícitos. Falta governança no hotel, percebe-se uma falta de cuidado nos detalhes, como por exemplo da última vez que fiquei, a lâmpada do banheiro ao lado espelho estava queimada, e o secador não funcionava. O banheiro falta uma iluminação melhor bem como mais atenção a limpeza. Todas as vezes que entrei nos banheiros era nítido a sujeira no vidro do Box, os vidros estavam até embacados. As toalhas são limpas, os lençóis idem, já o cobre leito e o cobertor da para se desconfiar da higienização até pelo odor.
