Everything was nice ....the best part of the hotel is to have a private jacuzzi in the room itself, which i haven't find anywhere else...it's location is also great, so scenic and next to red river. Apart from hotel the other best part is service of the hotel - whatever you ask they try to provide it as much as possible. Berker and Osman are doing wonderful work there and very nice people.

the hotel is very nice. well positioned. quiet environment and very caring staff. breakfast is good but the table was not clean. There was no hot water coffee as was said at the seating. we will come again.

Amazing Hotel. Kind Team created family atmosphere from first minute onwards. Good breakfast with great view. Rooms have good quality. Very clean rooms and hotel. Good location close to the river. Nice staff which supported us for balloon and other tour booking. Thanks to the great team.

Avanos'ta olan Hikmet's House işletmesi, gerçekten gelinip kalınması için çok çok ideal bir işletme yeri. Sahibi Ayhan bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Tıpkı evinizdeki hissi yaşıyorsunuz. Dedelerinin konağına sahip çıkıp mükemmel bir şekilde günümüze getirmişler. ve biz orada kaldık odaları çok konforlu geniş ve özenle yapılmış. Kahvaltıları olağanüstü. Hizmet , temizlik , o da dizayn herşey kusursuzdu.

We stayed for 3 nights during the Ramadan holiday. It is a clean and historical hotel, the rooms are good, the beds are not bad. The room we stayed in was a bit dark, but I guess this is normal in stone buildings. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is great. The focus is on making it delicious and clean rather than having too many varieties. If you have a car, do not hesitate, everywhere is very close anyway. We would especially like to thank the wonderful gentleman at the reception, he even created a travel list for us, he was always very helpful. It was helpful.. there is always tea in the lobby 😊,,,
