Positiv: beds are comfortable, clean sheet, really hot water for shower and the owner provides water cooker.
Negative: shared bathroom, room a bit dark amd carpet was dirty (dust, rest of dryed food). The next door was very noisy and busy with 'horse riding'. Internet only works well for few hours, then nothing.

Arkadaşlarımla Kapadokya tatili için bölgeye 2 günlüğüne geldik çok pahalı bir yerde kalmak istemedik çünkü bölgede yapılması gereken çok şey var ve ekonomik bir otel bulma tercihinde burayı bulduk. Otel personeli ilgili biz sevdik merkezi olması daha iyi temiz bir yer yerde kalalım diyorsanız kalınabilir bir tesis

Kapadokya tatili için 3 gece bu otelde eşimle birlikte konakladık. Tesis Kapadokya da gezilebilecek yerlere çok yakın olması ve Kapadokyanın merkezi bir bölgesinde Avanosta bulunması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Otel restourantlara ve eğlence yerlerine çok yakın. Otel işletmeci Mehmet bey gerçekten ilgili ve güzel tavsilerde bulunuyor. Küçük, Nezih ve temiz bir otel

İyi ki burada kalmışız G***t uygun fiyatlı bir otel. Rezervasyon yaptırırken Otelde kahvaltı hizmetinin olmadığını öğrenince biraz çekingen davrandık fakat otel yetkilileri Avanos ilçesinde kahvaltı için otele 200 metre uzaklıkta nehir kenarında bir çok restoran olduğunu ve Avanos ta konaklayan çoğu misafirin kızıl ırmak kenarında mükemmel manzara eşliğinde kahvaltı yaptığını ilettiler. Kahvaltı olayını bu şekilde çözmüş olduk gitmeden önce rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü otelin toplam 5 odası bulunmakta yer bulmakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkürler tekrar görüşmek üzere.
